why this vid blowin up
That’s good
Putting in a few charcoal briquets can help with smell. May i say as someone with severe asthma and COPD, perfumy, floral, chemical smells are deathly. Purple Fabuloso and Arm & Hammer detergent are a trip to the emergency room 😩😵
Notice how the insulator on the spark plug was bright white. That means the plug wasn't firing at all. Either the coil was dead, or it just wasn't seated in far enough to make proper contact with the plug. A properly firing plug will have a very light tan color on the insulator.
Catalytic convertor code may be getting thrown because of the exhaust leak.
Doing good
Get a complete interior done then put a ozone machine in it 24 hr and no more smoke smeel im a detailer and have bought 100 s of cars over the yrs even bought a Mercedes Benz that a old guy died in and I Ozoned it for 2 days smel gone
I love you your videos!!!
I love your videos bro keep it up
You will have 100k subs in less than 6 months brother. Keep it up
I’m locking this prophecy 🔒
Starting to like this guy's videos! Hang in there!
Good. Hope this continues for you here in my Country. Maybe go back home and try to better yours instead of making mine worse.
THAT sounds like a WHEEL BEARING, not brakes What state are you in ? DID you jump the title or did you put it in your name then sell it ?
You did make a profit, and your reputation has improved.
GREAT VIDEO BRO.
For that value I would have kept it lol
couodve sold that car for 4k i think just really depends where youre located
For a second, I thought you were gonna flip the Amish wagon haha. It looks pretty cool as a flowerpot holder.
Surprised that Toyota went for so low
Where’s the $100 BMW?
👏👏 like that you gave it to the guy that showed up on time for the agreed price.
Good video. How did you buy a car at auction without a dealers license?
Hey great question, I made a pretty detailed video about it here: ruclips.net/video/2aswI2YAvno/видео.html
Hey Macho, just subbed to your channel. I admire your tenacity and entrepreneurial spirit. Having bought MANY cars in my life and flipped more than a few, your work reflects your character. In this instance, you kind of rushed through and did the minimum amount of work to get the car sold initially. You were stuck with a paperweight for four months. When you put the extra work and finishing touches in, the car sold. Put the work in, do what you need to do to provide a reliable vehicle to your customers. You don't want to sell a vehicle only to have the buyer come back and complain you sold them a lemon. Hey, it's a 157k mile car... it's bound to have issues. But good on you for doing what was right. Keep up the videos. Looking forward to the next one.
Thank you for your kind words. And I couldn’t agree with you more. Hard work really pays off at the end. At the end of the day it’s not a perfect car, but I did learn a lot from this experience! Happy to have you on the Macho Motors Journey!
Let’s go great video !
It may be crappy of me to say it but I will go ahead and say it anyway. If you disconnect and reconnect the battery before somebody shows up to look at your car it will reset the ECU and it normally takes 50 or 60 miles for any codes to pop. I've seen a lot of people get really good results with rattle can spray paint jobs. And masking off to paint a car hood wouldn't be terribly time consuming to do. I've been thinking about getting a small steam cleaner myself for auto detailing. Might be worth considering.... BTW I like your honesty about the price you paid and the price you sold it for. Way too many people on RUclips claiming they got a running car for $500. I'm sure it happens sometimes but most of them of the people saying that are probably full of it.
I hear you, but I’m a strong believer in karma. If I knowingly cleared codes without fixing anything I wouldn’t want to put my name on it. There always easy ways to make an extra buck in this field (head gasket sealers, spray foaming rusty frames, using thicker oil to reduce engine tick, etc.) but at the end of the day you have to live with the choices you made. I like going to sleep at night knowing I was honest about any issues, and the buyer was happy getting a good deal on the car even if it means I made a few less dollars. Also I heard of people doing the spray paint, this would have been a good car to practice on, but I don’t think I was confident in my capabilities. Next Time! Appreciate your kind words, and happy to have you along for the Macho Motors Journey!
@@Macho.motors you're a rare breed in this world, especially among those who resell vehicles.
@@Macho.motorsbro you are a good dude with a good heart and it shines through this entire video. From the vet who ghosted you to selling to the person who was on time to this comment! I know it sucks when you go out of your way for someone and they let you down, but I would hope to extend grace and think that he had good intentions but maybe no longer had the money do to his medical visit and was just embarrassed of wasting your time. Either way continue being the good person this world needs and I pray many many blessings and success! Thanks for sharing and look forward to more vids.
I am so attracted to you❤
Awesome deal with that low miles.. I wouldve snag that too
Cool
I LOVE THIS SERIES please dont stop!
Youpayed to much for the car initially. At least you got it sold.
I’m thinking on flipping cars myself but I’ve doing research to see how to get started. I want to do house flipping but it seems like a lot of stress so I going towards flipping cars. Plus I love cars and like working on them.
You didn’t really get your ass kicked. On to the next one..
too many wanna trade flakes so good luck man
Toyotas are just hard to make a good profit on because it’s hard to score one for a low price to flip .
If the person missed his appointment then arrive 2 hours late, he doesn't deserve it. You did the right thing. Also, if a person want you to hold tbe car for him, ask for a$200 down payment with no return and have him sign a agreement. If he doesn't show up after a week. Its his lost your gain.
I love his transparency! On the purchase price and return in profit!! He's not like these other goon tubers that do fake content just to get fews. Keep up the great job Macho
You actually learned some valuable lessons on that flip. You will do better on the next one.
Ya never hold anything for any 1 cash first money is king yes, sir a little bit of extra elbow grease goes a long way my friend. Great job brother keep it going..
How will I take care home with no insurance or tow truck ?
If it's drivable you drive it. If you have the title and bill of sale right there the cop isn't normally going to hassle you as long as you have liability insurance on your personal vehicle. If you have a vehicle that can pull a tow dolly and you can't drive the new purchase home then rent a tow dolly. They're cheap AF and easy to use. If you don't have a vehicle that can pull a tow dolly then rent a truck at the same time. Not as cheap but still not unreasonable as long as the mileage you have to travel isn't excessive.
squirrel is not cute. he's chewing on the wiring. ask me how i know.
Next time wash the back of the back seat.
Don't be afraid to list your cars at a higher price. You can always go down. But you can't go up
To diagnose, swap coil pack and plug with another cylinder. See if the miss follows the coil. Also, clear coat with a spray can would improve looks of the hood a lot.
That's not even the correct front end for a 2003
You made your money back plus some l flip cars in California and what l have learned is the car sales slow down but go up holding them is money in the bank its eventually going to sale
Toyota and Honda always sell just have to have patience
Cleaning the whole car can make a big difference
FYI, NEVER EVER, use a tow dolly for a All Wheel Drive vehicle like you did with this Toyota! You are fortunate the transfer case and/or the transmission wasn't completely toasted.
Wow, new to your videos. Just binge watched some. I am looking for a car in those price range for work. How do you post for sale, do you have a website? Thanks for sharing man, this is cool.
I've won a couple cars from gov deals. I really like the simplicity of it.
Bro where you at I need a car /home
