Focused on Exotic Pet Animals
Welcome to Abromandis, a channel mainly about Exotic Pet Animals. Whether that be fish, lizards, or birds. This Channel will also explore Tropical Plants, but it probably won't be a main focus for the channel, unless I change my mind. Videos can range from getting new animals, fixing old enclosers, building new enclosers, how to take care of exotic pets, updates on my exotic pets, and whatever other ideas that I am able to come up with. Hope you have fun exploring this Channel.

Setting Up an Exo Terra Terrarium Cabinet
I needed to replace one of my old stands which is holding a very important Vivarium. So I set up an Exo Terra Terrarium Cabinet or Stand to replace it. It's a pretty cool stand.

Scarlet Isopod (Merulanella sp. Scarlet) - Care Guide
Просмотров 7 тыс.Год назад
Merulanella sp. Scarlet is a very rare and gorgeous isopod. After searching for a long time, I was finally able to acquire some Scarlet Isopods and decided to create a care guide for all of you who are interested in keeping them (although that might be a few of you)! They also might be a bit expensive, but let's not think about that. Hope you enjoy the Video. Music: Chase by Alexander Nakarada ...
ew - they are yucky.
I've been studying how to make paludariums for about 4 months, and of all the videos I've seen about it, this is the best of all, tips and important information with jokes, congratulations!
Hey man!! I admire your work, the resultado was awesome. It inspired me to build my own vivarium, not as produced as yours, but i applied every single metod you did. I really hope the best for future proyects.
I'm curious, where did you get them?
I got them from someone I found on Kijiji (basically like Facebook Marketplace or Craigslis)
A Betta will attack a celestial pearl danio. I have tried it. May be yours is old and more calm, but this is not a good idea. Also, their ideal temperatures are very different.
@pedroperez-gb4ho They are currently living perfectly fine together. I see no problem.
I paid 400 for mine, well done sir!
That is such a small group for such a large enclosure. Generally, people say to keep them in a smaller enclosure until the colony size is bigger because they will reproduce faster if they run into each other more often. Is this group/colony still alive?
I've got a 29g tank with a big wood/ root how many betta should i minimum keep?
@fio3189 at minimum I would say like around 7 bettas for a 29g tank
This is awesome. Just started my 20 gallon with 5 females. What is the light you’re using for your tank? I need a new one
I am using a Twinstar Light B-Line
Really glad I found your channel!
also can you make a discord server?
I'll look into it
Second
25:04 I swear I saw a tiny frog.
I am literally going to pick myself up a 36 inch exoterra cabinet tomorrow
You WILL breed them. Pretty please?
That's the plan
They really are little dragons 🐉 beautiful species
Also how do you keep abronia ? I heard they need 15° celsius at night.
Having a nighttime temperature drop is recommended, but I don't really do anything special for them when it's nighttime. I just have a cool mist humidifier run several times during the night.
I was watching it at 3 am... Now It's 4 and i can't sleep🗿
Can they be housed in pairs like that?
@@barbarathorndyke8417 Yep
0:31 Don't watch this video at night, it is very scary.
Are they still doing okay? I’ve heard that CPD’s don’t do to well in heated water, or if the water’s not heated, the betta doesn’t do that well.
They are both still doing well and the water is not heated.
post more updates about them, beautiful lizards
Any update on your Sorority Betta tank?
Love the humor and the video making, really funny, keep going ;)
Congrats on an amazing acquisition, and a brilliant video. Hope to see more content
Looove all the laughs
Is 15 girls in a 30 gallon too much? I saw somewhere you said 10 for a 30 gallon?
I think 15 for a 30 gallon should be fine
I have never seen these before their beautiful.
I'm definitely staying tuned. Love your vids man. Keep up the good work. I like those shine baby dragons hahah
Shiny baby dragons. So beautiful
How many in your tank?
Wow! So green and shiney 🤩
5:40 How I could forget that you tried to suffocate my youtube-player to death? But don't you worry, my local government trying to do this as well.
Keep posting bro, this is good shit. 👍
Nice video, keep up the great work!
Man… this really is THE lizard. You have to breed them. It’s the rule. Abronia are simply one of the treasures of this hobby that the world just needs more of.
@@unfortunatelymad980 Agreed
@@Abromandis subbed 🗿
Your presentation style is surely captivating and novel, good job!
As someone who has done 4 enclosures this way, and currently working on a 5th. Start with a base coat of black, and then use lighter colors over that to highlight the depth first. Your later layers, should be dry brushed on, to just hit the high spots, leaving the low spots dark.
I finally found ur channel again!!
Can you please post an update on them?
Wow you could go big! I'm watching it now at 632 subs
Nice use of the minecraft fail vid c;
Subbed. Great work
Hi, you made nice content - you should add more videos like this, in future, i know the process is slow, and making films is a mess, but I realy liked it, could You tell me the species of the lizard? will You add some update on her?
@@brokencollarbone5059 All will be revealed
You should make a vivarium for uroplatus ebenaui which are spear point leaf geckos , they are easy to keep and can be kept with other of same species . Same species as in spear point not other uroplatus cuz come are bigger .
I really like your suggestion. The uroplatus ebenaui looks very cool, just like a uroplatus phantasticus but with a smaller tail. Plus I have seen them available at a reptile expo before, so I may get some in the future.
@@Abromandis phantasticus are much harder to keep , start with ebenaui first or if you want bigger one , uroplatus henkeli make sure its the easy species of henkeli and not other species of henkeli that are like phantasticus in terms of keeping
If you have discord i can show you some images and how to keep ebenaui .
@shinucafe I do have discord and I would love to see your images on how to keep them
@@Abromandis send friend request , username is shinucafe
this was a 10/10 watch the whole way through, your sense of humor and the animations add a lot of interest! the vivarium is so beautiful
Really liked your style, found you funny. Well done. What is the impact if you don’t use the dry lock. I’ve seen some people use coco fibre pressed into the expanding foam?
@360cabbage I think it's more about preference. I really like the look of drylok, that's why I used it, but it's not technically needed. Some people prefer to use coco fiber instead of drylok, which is completely fine. There are many ways to make a background for reptiles, drylok is simply an option. But make sure you use something else with the foam because expanding foam by itself isn't really durable and will get damaged.
The humor and scape is A+
I don't know how I got here, fell asleep to rain sounds and woke up to your video 😅 super underrated channel you got here man. The commentary is wild
5:55 "'the tallest plant". God help you when that sword plants will start to grow for real.
It's just like paradise fish, mental state of which depends greatly of tank arrangement and socialisation. Raised from fry among other species and a lot of plants it's not even close aggressive as most of cichlids. You can even keep multiple males, just be sure to have at least four (males) in tank of proper size.
