This still doesn't really tell anybody why single barrel is "more quality". So long as they're using very close to the same process then the "quality" should be nearly identical no matter the barrels.

I always have a bottle of Penelope barrel proof on my shelf, one of my favorites!
The toasted is great too!
@@TheBlindPigBar currently have 3 Penelope bottles. The barrel strength, one aged in sherry casks and their regular bourbon. I want the Rio, but I know it’s almost impossible to find/get.

It’s a shame the focus on flagship beers at these local craft locations is shifting so far towards these high proof IPAs. Feels like hiding behind the hop…
As someone who loves super hoppy IPAs I can understand that it would be frustrating to be a fan of other styles that are undeserved, but IPAs are tur most popular seller so are going to take up the most taps.

I can not confirm the cleanliness lol. We did actually track which brewery I had to make my first pee stop at...stay tuned!

The correct answer is a reposado espadin Mezcal with Molé bitters and agave as the sweetener. But yes cold brew concentrate is better for most people.
I have a few nice mezcals, we will have to try that next!
