Hey this fixed my pressure washer, thanks so much for the great advice!

Had a my JD D-130 sitting for almost two years with this problem even took it to JD service and they just put plugs in it but started doing it all over again, to think it was just an adjustment on the throttle cable. So thanks for info.

I have an 8Hp . It would start up on first pull. Then had your issue . Took the carb off and it looked like yours. Now everything is clean and put back together and it starts and runs fin but It takes at least 5 minutes before I can go to full throttle and put a load on it without dying out. There are 2 screws on the carb one is black plastic. Not sure what they are for or the settings are. Any help is handy.

I have an 18 yr old Cub Cadet 25 HP. It has had steering problems almost from day one. The last year I used it the wheels were all over the place. I have installed all new parts to no avail. Finally got it adjusted to where the front wheels are straight going forward, but in reverse the wheels splay out badly in the back. Mower sways side to side in reverse. Damn MTD crap.

Great instruction 👍. I followed your procedure to work on my snow blower's engine. I got the jet hole cleaned and put it back in place. But after I put the cup back the gas is pouring down. I didn't touch anything else and don't know what went wrong. What do you think the problem is? Thank you very much!

You weaken that every time you bend it back. Eventually it will snap on ya.

Thanks for this valuable tip! I bought my Craftsman 42" riding mower in 2008 and I've been using starting fluid to start it when the engine was cold almost ever since I bought it. I finally got tired of taking off the air cleaner cover every time I wanted to mow so I searched for the reason this was happening today and found your video. I have never even tried to fix it until today. Thank you for providing relief from my 16 years of aggravation! I guess I'll get a new battery now because from now on, the only reason I will need to raise the hood will be to jump start it with my jump box (which I've been doing for quite a while). I figured if I had to open it up to use starter fluid, I might as well keep jumping it to start.

Thanks for the video. My wheels were toed in which made it almost impossible to bend them out. These front ends are pretty much garbage.

I followed the "clean the jet" method on a gsv 160 power washer and found a small piece of debris in the jet. I cleaned it with a stripped twist tie and it even fit the emulsifier rod small holes. Cleaned the bowl and I got it all back to together, It started right up and now it works on full run. It was a clogged jet.

Thank you sir! it worked perfectly.! I have a GCV 190 pressure washer, and mine’s got probably the exact same jet as yours does inside the carb under the bowl. I cleaned it out with a safety pin and a sewing needle. I didn’t have that nice mini drill bit set you have. But I could see through it after I cleaned it and it worked the first time I started it up, so I appreciate your advice on this! -Andy

Great, simple fix! Edit: never mind the rest of my comment. I watched on a bigger screen and it shows exactly where to put the wrench. Thanks bro! (Old connect: I wish the video showed exactly where the pipe wrench is being applied.)

I have a Earthquake wood chipper with a viper 212cc engine that sat for three years since the last time I used it. Would not start! I changed the spark plug, changed out the gas, and took the carburetor apart and cleaned out everything including the bowl. Still wouldn't start! Out of frustration I found your video about removing the jet where the bowl screws on, and sure enough it was plugged solid. Cleaned out the jet, reinserted, and first pull it came to life. Runs like brand new! Thank you for adding years back to my life!!

I finally realized why certain parts of my lawn have been having less and less grass each year for the past couple of years. It's where I turn at the end of a strip of mowing, amd my wheels are toed-out, so the tires have been ripping the grass up! Every single time I turn, one wheel is being forced the drag along the grass!

Hi Thanks for the video great job. I have a GX390 and I even replaced the carburetor with a new one and changed both gaskets and I still need to add a small amount of choke to stop surging. Must be sucking air somewhere but I think I will try adjusting governor mechanism where it attaches to governor lever I know that sometimes helps with a racing governor. Also maybe the insulators cracked or there's gas in the fuel tank but runs great when not idling. Thanks, Dave

Problem… where did my 10mm go????

Did a complete carb clean, fuel line clean, new fuel hose. And still not running when i try to take the choke off. Its a pressure washer but was hoping the same symptoms and your video would help. At a loss now. Cant adjust this carb either.

Where did you get your tank from and how many gallons is it..

Excellent......now I know what might possibly be wrong with mine. Only ran with choke on then wouldn't run with that after a while. hope your passed on knowledge is the answer.

Usually I will Use a guitar string “high e “. To unclog jets. Or people often use wire from wire brush or welding files or brush’s. My water pick (dental) works too

I've been fighting my steering wheel for over two years now. THANK YOU. The other videos just show you how to replace the spindle.

Way I figure it is they are meant to be able to bend if you hit something, rather than causing more serious damage to something else.
