This is how hackers hide malware inside images
Malware can be hidden inside images using a technique called steganography. This allows attackers to embed malicious code within ordinary picture files, making them difficult to detect. Key points to understand include:

In my experience they look the same. It's just an OS with some built-in tools. In cyber security you want to have as much exposure as you can to different tools.

Sorry I didnt' read completely the question. The attack shows that if you use a random well known password that exists in the dictionary, someone would be able to crack the wifi password. It's not useless. There are different types of attacks on wifi. More to come...

Use VMware workstation instead. I had issues on VMware, then I installed vbox and it was working without problems on vbox, then I went back on vmware and it worked 🤷🏾♂️. Trial and error
Change between virtual box and vmware player or vmware workstation. Probably compatibility issues. At the end a reboot might be required on your host...

@@silesiocarvalho , the upgrade was successful. I upgraded a 3750x and the reload took longer than I expected. About a half hour. So waiting until we were closed was a smart move. I was getting nervous at one point thinking “Did I kill the switch?” But no, it came up. I checked the version and the upgrade was a success.

Thanks for the video. Why DHCP (at 2:43) for the switch and therefore for the AP instead of assigning it a static IP? Also, will the AP automatically switch between 2.4, 5, and Wifi 6? Have you ever know of a site where there's an SSID for 2.4 and a different one for 5? I'm guessing it would not be a good idea if the AP can handle switching between them. Thanks.
Assigning static or dynamic IP to AP depends on the scenario. I've seen deployments that use dhcp and still reserve IP for AP inside dhcp pool. As for frequency, it also depends on your scenario. For example, I use 2.4 and 5 at home. If I'm close to the AP, I'll use 5(faster) if not I'll use 2.4. Thanks for the questions
