Hoya are frustrating because I'd love to have them - some have such spectacular leaves! Like crocodile skin, I love the look! Unfortunately I cannot deal with the flowers. Too messy and to uh. Strongly scented, let's say that, for me. :,D

Steve Leaves and Wild Roots does that w/ multiple plants in pot. I think they just put multiple seeds in pot to make sure at least one grows.

I got the Gigi from them and it had 2 plants in the pot. I thought the 2nd one was a runt but when I repotted it, it took off. I was goiing to just chuck it but I'm glad I didn't.

Since I don't know anything about Anthurium, I mainly enjoyed your confusion over the Steve's Leaves unboxing 🤣😂🤣 I've purchased many plants from them, and no nursery packs a pot fuller than they do (in my experience). Great puppy video bombing...!

So glad Luka made it. He's beautiful. I don't know if your vet told you, but Parvo can live in the ground for years. Dogs shed the virus through their poop and that is how it spreads. If you decide to get a puppy in the future and let it out in your yard, it could get parvo even if it's had it's first round of shots. I don't know if it's possible or not, but you might want to make a bleach solution and spray it around your yard. that will kill the virus. My family used to breed hunting dogs and we have had several scares with parvo just due to someone tracking it into our yard. I love dogs, so I just thought I would let you know. BTW, I am loving your channel.

I was just listening to April Mall on "Let's Talk Hoya" explaining why it's so important to get H. 'Elephant' on a trellis immediately, and I couldn't agree more (I'm sure this will mean a lot to her 🤣). Only way to avoid those forever-runners, and get a nice, full plant. Good growing season vs bad is perspective. It's probably a small percentage of people who grow their indoor gardens as well as you do (on a bad year). I think we do tend to raise our expectation as we go along. Finally, I'm offended for you: 100 degrees in October 🥵
