Everything post Wish is generic. This new one sounds somewhat more like the golden era but the instrumentation is too 2000 era cheesy nu metal sounding. The beginning of War Song is good though reminiscent of Nico.

Not a perfect album, but man, goid bounce back from that trap album WSG did last year, which still had some dope Griselda-esque sounding tracks on it like "Kitchen Lights" and "Flip's Leg." There's about 3 skips on this Still Prsying project, but I'm really enjoyibg the rest of it. Guess I'm just a sucker for this aesthetic and these sonics. I don't care that Gunn hasn't "evolved" subject matter wise like some are saying. I don't go to WSG for "substance" anyhow 💁💁💁
