Never really could relate to all the cartoonish stuff and the white boy emo thing and hated all the crazed stans who hated Hip Hop but loved Em (they just couldn't relate to hardcore black culture that was full on), and his voice is often grating. But there are so many amazing examples of supreme lyric skill, and his sound on Kamikaze was an evolution. He reached greatness.
