I have almost never heard about finger bowls. The closest you get to that these days are the lemon-y towelette packs you get at BBQ style restaurants.

I started working there in 1975 as a 16 year old busboy. Then waiter, then bartender, then bar supervisor, then dining room supervisor, then dining room manager. Was still working at Eatons when they went bankrupt but not at Yorkdale by that time. Great memories. The dining room was 350 seats and had a separate bar/lounge area.
