What an amazing performance!!! I stumbled upon this version a few years ago looking for the Chris Thompson cover that they used in the movie The Champ. I had never heard of Stephanie J. Block before. I told my wife the woman is amazing and will be a star. I am happy that she found redemption and won the TONY award for best actress in the musical (2019) about Cher. Considering, that she was originally selected as the lead role in the Broadway production of Wicked only to be replaced by Idina Menzel at the last second; Stephanie J. Block deserves everything she has accomplished. She has an amazing voice and sings with incredible emotion.

I feel the person from the dvd recording perfectly showed how fast Christine had to mature and take for her son. Her accent is flawless and acting is almost flawless, and she showed how Christine loved Erik and Gustave until her end. Sierra has a slightly over the top accent in love never dies but shows the conflict Christine is having internally perfectly. To be honest I feel Sierra does better in phantom becuase then she can play a carefree lady, not a mother who has had to mature beyond her years becuase of her husbands gambling and drinking.

I love it❤️ but there is something Sierra fails to deliver here in LND. I don't know but it looks decent. I mean nothing change here(Christine 10 years ago from POTO and Christine here in LND is somewhat same which supposed to be LND a different Christine ). Christine supposed to be a MOTHER here not Christine from POTO. Yes Sierra is better,in POTO and Anna in LND. LND characters must be mature enough not like POTO sorry but......LND is different in POTO

I totally enjoyed the Australian version versus the London version. I thought Ben Lewis and Anna O'Byrne was phenomenal. Just my opinion.

As big of a fan I am of the Australian cast and recording, I honestly must admit that Sierra is a better singer than Anna. Obviously, I absolutely love Anna and her singing, I just think Sierra has more power and emotion in her voice 😋
