I’m working on my personality skills right to build up clientele. My school was a little ghetto and a lot of us left without knowing a lot of stuff so we have to teach ourselves or go to like an upgraded school or teach ourselves at home with friends. It’s like not knowing a lot.

I feel bad for saying this. I don’t know how to do hair. And the looks that I get from black women it really hurts. I don’t know how to braid at all. I am open to learning. So I am not quite sure if cosmetology school would teach me that yep. I’m not in cosmetology school. I wouldn’t mind learning how to do hair.

I start next month I’m so nervous and excited but I get extremely bad social anxiety, Doing hair and nails is a deep passion of mine.

So I’m a guy who knows nothing about female hair but I really want to become a hairdresser (hair stylist but we say hairdresser in England) so would you recommend i choose a different career path I have my eyes on a hair salon to do an apprenticeship at but I’m not to sure yet and I’ll be leaving school soon. So basically my question is is that because I’m a guy and know less about female hair would I find it way harder than a female would ?

I think whoever signs up for hair school is definitely ready why wouldn't they be I'm looking for a motivated video ladies and gentlemen if this your passion please move forward no matter what if it was never your passion you wouldn't never signed up I don't know nobody who signed up for hair school and really didn't want to that's crazy never herd that good luck to everyone

Your right. When I was in beauty school everyone was like it’s so easy . I got got discouraged about getting in the feild .

I know the was posted 4yrs ago however I just started Cosmetology school and one of the number one rules is you can not absolutely be catty or bully and if you do you can get kicked from the school and or loose some of your financial aid, they DO NOT PLAY my school strict strict
