Hi Chris. Yes, we later found out about the sea defence. We did enjoy the ice cream! Aberaeron is lovely indeed, and we are definitely planning to go back on a better day. Ooh I did want to go looking for that waterfall, but we just didn't have the chance. Hopefully we can go back for a few days and explore it properly. @thehighlandlife2023 oh sorry! Yeah tbr is to be read. I won't be using the book lingo in my videos other than tbr and dnf (did not finish). It was really fun to do this actually. I was way too stuck in my ways with reading and this is a fun way to try new things. I think Circe and Everless are the ones that I'm really looking forward to. Oh I hope you can find it. Have you tried borrowbox or libby? Failing that, there is someone selling it on vinted for £5. But I really wouldn't want you to pay because it might be rubbish 🙈

The mystery books are just so exciting! I definitely want to sell them, I just don't have a clue how to go about sourcing everything. I'm looking into it though. I don't know why, but i was expecting Hay to be beautifully dressed for Christmas. I still loved looking around at all of the book shops though. Was the storm bad for you?

@ the storm was strong but In Worcestershire we are surrounded by low hills so they thankfully took the brunt of it it’s the flooding that is the main issue in low laying areas as All the rain that fall on the Welsh hills finds its way into the Severn or the Wye rivers! Glad you guys survived ok 🙏🏼🙏🏼

That's why I've chosen not to do lives for the book club. It means people can start whenever they want or are able too. The garden centre is incredible. I absolutely love it there. Just wish it wasn't so far away from me. Hay is lovely, just gutted it didn't have any Christmas vibes there. Haha honestly that's what I'm usually like with journals! I've got so many here that I've started and then completely forgot about their existence. But I think that because this is more of a cosy hobby, I might actually keep up with it 🤞xx

Well, I've always read. Every single night. Even when I'm away, I'll be reading in the hotel room. So it makes sense to add it to my socials, especially as we aren't going out much throughout winter. I was reading on my phone for years because we didn't have anywhere for bookshelves until now. I do prefer physical books because I tend to forget that ebooks exist 🤣 Yeah the lady Scoundrels book was wild. Like the author threw all of the ideas in there...there was even some cheeky finger blasting too! I felt really cheated by the cabin in the woods 🙈 I really enjoyed the Killer's Christmas List. I'm currently reading The Christmas Killer and I'm enjoying that one too so far. Thank you so much for watching xxx
