- Hello lovelies. I hope you are all okay after the storm?
In this week's vlog I pick up some mystery books from our local craft shop which was so fun to open. I also do more work on my reading journal/scrapbook. We take a trip to the Old Railway Line garden centre in Three Cocks to see all of their Christmas displays.

Hope your all having a lovely week, I did watch this the other day & was sure I left a comment but cant see it now 🫢🤔 Farting on command is quite the Skill 😂 our wardrobes are Crazy packed with stuff we don’t wear but I think its all thats keeping them up so we don’t take anything out in case they fall down 🙄 The Garden centre looked very festive 🎅 shame the Book town didn’t live up to your expectations 😬 Enjoy the rest of the week ❤🫶xx

Hi to you all, the boxes sound like a great idea. You always find lovely activities to do. Working in a book shop would be so good. The storm wasn't too bad here but we had rain all weekend and it was windy. Hopeful the weather will be better this week. Thank you for sharing. We are counting the days down to Christmas now. The mystery books are just so exciting! I definitely want to sell them, I just don't have a clue how to go about sourcing everything. I'm looking into it though.

I never went to Hay on Wye when I lived in Herefordshire as I wasn’t into reading then but wish I had! Now Iam too far away 🤣🤣
I had a look for that Hey Zoe book on my library app but they don’t have it so Iam just gonna buy it beginning of Jan so I might be a bit late to start. I can’t get on with audiobooks tbh. That garden centre Christmas extravaganza was awesome! Some garden centres really do go all out don’t they! Your reading journey is such a lovely idea. I love the idea but know I’d never stick to filling it in or anything, I’d get not even half way into making it 🤣🤦♀️ But I do like the idea of a book tally, so I am going to keep a tally of how many books I read so I can see at the end of 2025 how many books I read for the year.

The garden centre is incredible. I absolutely love it there. Just wish it wasn't so far away from me. Hay is lovely, just gutted it didn't have any Christmas vibes there. Haha honestly that's what I'm usually like with journals! I've got so many here that I've started and then completely forgot about their existence. But I think that because this is more of a cosy hobby, I might actually keep up with it 🤞xx

Yes I honestly love that garden centre. The effort they go to with their decorating is amazing! I don't know why, but i was expecting Hay to be beautifully dressed for Christmas. I still loved looking around at all of the book shops though. Was the storm bad for you?
@ the storm was strong but In Worcestershire we are surrounded by low hills so they thankfully took the brunt of it it’s the flooding that is the main issue in low laying areas as All the rain that fall on the Welsh hills finds its way into the Severn or the Wye rivers! Glad you guys survived ok 🙏🏼🙏🏼
