Thanks for sharing your weekly goings on with us 😜 always a fun watch, I want to see a tractor run, it looks fun although that end one almost reversing into the Police car would of made good viewing had it driven over the top 😂🫢 I do love those illuminated drummers in that other Parade, they come to Leeds every October for the Light Night, but I had too much on to see them this year 🥹 That Frog was cool 🐸😂 we only had snow in Yorkshire for 2 hours ☃️🤔doing the dishes & chatting shit sounds like a good new series to do 😬 June put our decorations up on Sunday while I was at work so it was nice to come home to a festive house the next day 🎄🎅 I’ve been taking November easy & not doing anything other than work hence all the Circus videos coming out, but I’ve finally caught up with all my editing so we have some very old videos coming soon 😂Hope your all keeping well, have a lovely week ❤️🫶xx (sorry the comment is a little Radom, I was jotting things down as watching 🤔)xx
Haha i type my comments as I'm watching too. Yeah the little tractor reversing was funny and that frog kid creased me! When i was watching the parade footage back, I could just see this giant frog jumping up and down with excitement in the background 😂 ooh that must have been nice to come home to a cosy festive house! I'm so glad you've been managing to rest a bit. What have you got scheduled for December? I'm only doing free events 🙈 so won't be anything exciting. Thanks for watching xxx
Unfortunately my December is looking like my October, I just never know when to say stop ✋🫢 I’ll probs need to Take January off to rest 🫢 My shifts are pretty pants for December & I fall to be on shift all the occasions 🤬 but every set of days off I’m doing something + we go into the Month with Gemma’s 17th Birthday & Thomas 21st 🥳 so I need to sell some body parts so we can afford to get through the month 😜I’ve also got 4 Christmas Circuses to visit, one in Great Yarmouth which June is going to with me so we are staying over so you know how that could end 😬 also a Christmas Scare Maze & a Mini Social Meet up 🫢 I said NO to all the light & Lantern events this year for a rest but then filled up with all these so I kinda messed up 🤣xx
@itsastakesything December birthdays are hard aren't they. Haha hopefully your Great Yarmouth visit goes well. A Christmas scare maze sounds interesting though 🤔 to be honest, there's only so much looking at lights a person could do anyway so what you are doing should be nice for you xxx
Hi Stacey and family we've had rain and snow this week. Was good to see the parade. I read all the famous five books when I was young. I still have them all. Monopoly lasts for ages. We like to play Scrabble. Your library would look lovely decorated for Christmas. We are going to start getting our decs done next weekend. Thank you for sharing your week. Hope this one goes well. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Hi both ☺️ I'm so jealous of everyone and their snow haha. Oh that's amazing that you still have your Famous Five books. I wish I still had my old ones. Amelia is always looking for the old versions of books. I don't think I'd remember how to play real scrabble anymore, I've been playing Scrabble Junior with the kids for so long now haha. The library does look nice with the tree. Still a mess everywhere else in there though! We are booked up over the next few weekends so we had to get the decs up a little earlier. Thank you for watching and have a fab week both xx
Hi Stacey how are you? My head is moosh and I'm starting to get very overwhelmed with everything and everyone at this time of year so I full relate to what you are saying. But I thought all the festivities looked just so beautiful and wonderful for families. We just don't do it as well as your country that's for sure. It's crazy because you show me things around your home, and I'm thinking Oh I love that and Oh I love that one, and then you say, Oh I just don't really like them......!! LOL I think your home is just so cosy and pretty and colourful and I love your home so much. I missed Craig in this vlog, his facial expressions just crack me up, he doesn't even have to speak and I just look at him and I start laughing....he's so funny! Have an awesome day Stacey and I hope you get some snow soon XXX
Hi Simone. Oh honestly I feel the same as you. Completely overwhelmed at the moment! The parades themselves were fab, it was the crowd management and attitude of the people that I had an issue with. Haha I must sound like such a negative Nancy! The only reason I didn't like the prints was because my printer didn't work properly and messed them up. They aren't the right colours and bits of them are cut off. The house definitely has cosy vibes though. It's got character as Amelia likes to say. Haha Craig is funny looking, you are right there. You saying that has gone right to his head though, he thinks he's hilarious now 🤣 Thank you for watching another of my videos. I really do appreciate it. 🙏
Aww I totally know what you mean about not in the mood for people 🤣 I hate crowded places! It seems to bring the worst out of people. My 9 year old still won’t read anything without pictures! She loves the Bunny vs Monkey books and some of those types but won’t entertain ones without a comic theme although she is also reading Zelda. Iam the same I can get engrossed in something and look up and not even realise how much time has passed! 🤣🥴 Loved the fireworks! I do love a good firework display. Thanks for taking us along on your week 😍
Yes, I agree. Crowds definitely bring out the worst in people. It was actually pretty decent in my home carnival for a change, despite the crowds. It takes finding the right books, i think. My eldest didn't start reading for enjoyment until she was about 11, whereas Amelia has always been a bookworm. Have you got any of the books by Pamela Butchart or Emily Jane Clarke? Florrie adores their books, so might be worth a try. Although if she's she's enjoying Zelda, then maybe fantasy and/or manga are her thing. Haha honestly I become so engrossed in things sometimes. It's such a nightmare when I get a new interest 😩 We do always get a decent fireworks display at our carnival in fairness. Thanks for watching. Hope you have a lovely week xx
The Tractor run looked fun! Haha I wouldnt dare cut my own hair otherwise I would also look like Lord Farquuad. I used to love Enid Blyton books but I have never read the famous 5. Haha Monopoly takes forever. We have finished games but its my dads favourite game. The prints turned out nice! what a shame your printer wouldnt behave. Aww the Carnival looked great We hope you had a lovely week xx
Hiya 👋 yeah tractors heavily feature in our Christmas celebrations here in Wales! I actually got my hair done today...reckon that once I've got it dyed too, it'll be less Farquaad and more Edna Mode 🙈 I had so many Enid Blyton books. Do you remember Mr Meddle? Nobody else seems to remember those ones for some reason. It must take days to finish monopoly haha! Hope you are having a fab week too xxx
Fab vlog as always. I love your prints, the hot chocolate one is my favourite too. If you just want a couple of inches off your hair go to a barbers. They’ll do it without all the fuss and expense of a hairdressers. If I was closer I’d cut it for you. Aww I love seeing Gary, he’s so cute 🥰 xxx
Morning Pen. Yeah I like the hot chocolate one. The others just didn't work as I wanted them to. I need most of my hair chopped off to be honest, not a small bit so I doubt they'd do it. I think my sister might do it when she's got the chance. Gary is my little sweetie. Thanks for watching. Have a lovely week. Lots of love from us all xxx
My hair is still so wonky because I cut it myself, and havet been anywhere to get it fixed, im debating growing my grey hairs out, I haven't dyed it for a month or 2, ive been using them root sprays, only problem is I have black hair so its so noticeable, but id love to grow it out. I love the prints, the ones in the bathroom are so funny. Lilo and Stitch drawings looked fab, well done girls. Loving the Hawaii project. WOW amazing fireworks at the end. Great vlog see you in the next one xx
Haha honestly it really doesn't look that bad with you. That's the same with me, my hair is black so the greys are really noticeable. I'm not quite ready to embrace them yet though. The prints are fun, I just wish my printer would work properly. They would look so much better if they were the right colours. The girls drew Lilo & Stitch by following Draw So Cute tutorials on here. They love her videos, and Art For Kids Hub. They've drawn loads by following their tutorials. Weren't the fireworks fab! They did a really good display this year. Thank you so much for watching 😊 xxx
Hi Stacey, bleach doesn’t suit my hair either it goes like straw!…you could have a dry trim in the hairdressers and dye yourself that’s what I do, so much cheaper xx 🏴❤..the girls have done such a good job, LILO and Stitch so cute! X
Hi Helen. I actually did get it cut today. Dry cut at the hairdressers...cost me £25 😫 i remember when it would have cost me a tenner! I thought the girls did a great job with the Lilo & Stitch. Better than anything I could do! Thanks for watching. Hope you are keeping well xx
