Fair play to you Phillip, it’s hard to keep going when things are going wrong. With your distance off the tee the only thing I would say is if you have 300yrd left it’s 7i pw all day. Driver should stay in the bag. Keep posting my man!!!

Great Course, played it when it was new. It has matured well. Had a hole in one on the 10th, last day I was there.

Lovely course Phil. Very close to Carlow town so we think of it as a Carlow course haha. Amazing thing is, 10 years ago this course was overgrown and the castle abandoned due to the recession. The new owners have done an amazing job bringing it back to life.

Ok you asked - I do metric golf 😂 ! Years ago a guy gave me a Golf Buddy Watch WT5 set in Metres - was too lazy or stupid to change it so there you go ! It still works !

This man is a walking excuse machine 😂👌 The hack motion immediately exposed your swing flaw, flipping through impact, you couldn't handle it and started acting like a baby, blaming the machine for being negative 😂, you're the one causing it to be negative by not following basic instructions! I've never seen a grown man act in this way, I am literally dying 😭🤣😂🤣

Malahide GC is beautiful. It was our first course on a golfing break in mid-September. We played blue-yellow, which meant finishing with a par 4. Pity we couldn't play all 27 holes. The greens were very fast and very true. We followed this with St Annes (a proper links course), Howth GC (on the side of a hill, breathtaking views) and finally Swords GC (a great value parkland course). We didn't see a drop of rain while playing, which was an unexpected bonus.

Dust yourself down and get back on the horse. We all have really bad days on the Golf course but wouldnt have the guts to show it on camera.I thought your focus was off early on when you wernt telling the club being used or the yardage to the green,which generally makes the content better.

Ive enjoyed your channel ever since I was sent a link when you played my home course of Killeen. Everyone can understand when your game just collapses and you just can't hit a barn door no matter how hard you try. Don't give up but try to be more realistic with where you game is at. Better course management and stop trying to overpower courses., I.e. that 290 yard hole where you smashed driver into the water near the green. I get that when playing on RUclips you figure no one wants to see you lay up but the goal is to break 85 but pars are what you need. No one should expect you to be hitting birdies every 2nd hole. Like I said Philip don't let it discourage you.

Kilcock GC. I think you could go out and make a decent score there. Even during winter golf. Gareth.

Agreed on the par 3 18ths. Approaching the clubhouse along the fairway is special. Par 3 feels rushed somehow.
