      It should fit a 280, depending on which you get. The only issue you might run into is ram clearance.

    Hi, how does this 28l compare to the 40l?

    • @TheSpareTechRoom
      @TheSpareTechRoom 10 часов назад

      The 40L is noticeably bigger, maybe too big for everyday use. It would definitely be too big for using as a personal item on a flight, but should fit the dimensions for carry-on luggage. I prefer a rolling carry-on with a 28L backpack as my personal item though.

  • @stkuj
    @stkuj 2 дня назад

    For size, I prefer the Sigma 35 F2 vs Zeiss 35 2.8. Other options, include Sony 40 2.5 or the "other" Chinese manufactures now (I.e. Viltrox, 7Artisans, etc). IMO, 2.8 aperture bokeh and light performance is almost that same (esp when shooting in S-Log) as 4.0 lenses. You can get more bang for your buck with a Sony 20-70 F2 vs Tamron 20-40. Besides being able to use the Sony features like breathing comp, would have 2x focal range.

  • @RobbertsTravelGuides
    @RobbertsTravelGuides 3 дня назад

    Alot of lenses you recommend i think are purely opinion based The Nifty Fifty is by far superior as a Prime, but a Tamron 35mm f2.8 would be my prefered lens for 35mm f2.8 its around 250-300 euros and the 85mm f1.8 is not available in europe ( amazon ) and as the best zoomlens for everyday stuff would be a ( Tamron 28-75mm F/2.8 Di III VXD G2 Sony FE ) wich is crisp sharp and has a fixed focal length. 14-50 f2.8 range would be nice to have for vlogging aswell For the rest its a great video and you deserve more potential!

    Having used the Tamron 20-40, the Sony 24-50 and the Sony 20-70, if you can stand the f4 it’s a great lens. I sold the 20-40 for the 24-50 and recently picked up the 20-70 for a steal

    • @TheSpareTechRoom
      @TheSpareTechRoom 3 дня назад

      I've definitely considered the 20-70 f4. If I were to switch to that, I'd probably want to pick up a 24mm with a faster aperture for video. I might have to pick one up for a comparison video. :)

    • @TheSpareTechRoom
      @TheSpareTechRoom 4 дня назад

      Hi there! That’s a great question, and the a7III is an awesome camera, so you’re definitely on the right track. All of the lenses I mentioned here should work with your a7III without any kind of adapter. But, if you have lenses from other camera systems, you can get an “e-mount adapter” for them to work on your a7III. They just may not work as well as a native lens like the ones I mentioned in the video. I hope that helps! 😊

    Was really drooling for the incredible best in class Odin 2 Pro or Max, but both are a bit more than a bit outside what I wanted to spend. Picked up the RG556 pre loaded with over 4400 games for half the price. I figured if the PS2 emulation was bad I'd send it back and get the Odin 2 because PS2 emulation was what I wanted most. But my RG556 isn't going anywhere. I've never played a more comfortable hand held with such a perfect control layout and drop dead gorgeous screen. It's so insanely enjoyable to play. And the PS2 emulation is very good overall, so much so that I picked up that 480 PS2 games SD card from AliExpress and it never leaves the slot. It's a very deep and well rounded library. They run beautifully, with the RG556 flawlessly auto mapping the controls for every game.

    It is a very good bag, it gets the job done which is to carry the gear of a casual shooter in style and in incognito mode but I'm going to disagree with you on the back part of the backpack, while the material that is made out of is fantastic, having the same material on the back of the pack just doesn't work, I live in FL also and putting the pack on your back is like putting on a Winter coat in Summer time, that material doesn't breath and there is no airflow between your back and the pack, I wish they had used air mesh instead of the same fabric and also on the back of the shoulder straps. And something to allow some air flow to kelp Your back fresh.

    • @Chris-ln1hx
      @Chris-ln1hx 2 дня назад

      Would you not recommend it because of this? I am also in Florida and plan on taking this and my gear on hikes/to sinkholes/ the beach, etc. (lots of walking in the heat), and this bag was appealing to me due to the design and features and material, but does it get unbearably hot?

    The Tomtoc Navigator 40L was one of my options before but I thought it was too bulky. So I decided to get the Aer City Pack pro 24L which worked almost perfectly. But after using it for a couple of trips, I think a little more room for other items would be perfect. Now that there is a 28L version of of this tomtoc bag, I think I'll get one. The data is mixed on this. The sticker itself serves as a thermal dissipator too. Which works better? The stick or direct contact with the thermal pad? That depends on the specific drive and thermal pad. I would probably want to take the sticker off to get direct contact between the chips on the drive and the thermal pad, but it won't make a massive difference either way unless you are hammering the drive with a lot of load for an extended period of time. In regular usage, it isn't really a problem.

    Hey, interesting video! I'm considering picking up one of these PC's, I did have a question though. I'm also totally blind, so sorry if it's super visually obvious. Reading up on the OcuLink stuff it makes it seem like you *have* to use the M.2 adaptor, but in the video you did say you could bypass that and just go directly to the OcuLink port. Is there something I'm missing or was that a slip up? If I had to sacrifice a slot to make this work I wouldn't be opposed, but if I didn't have to well... even better.

    • @TheSpareTechRoom
      @TheSpareTechRoom Месяц назад

      That's a really good question. I'll try to explain it as best I can here. In short, the Occulink port will take up an m.2 slot. If you have a mini-pc with just one m.2 slot, it might not be the best option for you, unless you're willing to give that slot up. One of the reasons I picked this particular mini-pc is that it has two m.2 slots. One can be used for the main storage drive, and the other can be used for Occulink. Not only that, bu the pc case has a dedicated Occulink port on the back. The reason why that's important is, even if your mini-pc has a second m.2 slot, if it doesn't have a built-in occulink port, you'd have to use an m.2 adapter AND basically keep the case open so you can access it. This particular pc keeps everything nice and neat. I hope that all makes sense. I did a lot of research before buying this specific pc, and I have been absolutely loving it.

    • @unexplained_entity7514
      @unexplained_entity7514 Месяц назад

      Hey, thanks so much for the description! That makes a lot more sense now. Yeah I’ve been doing a bunch of research on mini PC’s lately and the XTX seems like really good value just from OcuLink alone. I’ve been using a Nuc 10 I7 for a few years now, it’s insane how far we’ve come. I could honestly theoretically get away with using 1080P low on the M780 by the sounds of tests I’ve been seeing, after all I’m not exactly going to see the graphics. :P That being said, I do plan to stream and things like that, already have a GPU and the price for a board is so crazy cheap, the performance turnaround is worth sacrificing that second slot for. TB5 sounds like it’ll be absolutely mental though

      Hi! Yes, I address that in the video. Since you have to vertically mount the GPU in this case, you cannot have the pump tubes at the bottom. I've been running this setup for a while now though, and haven't had any problems with overheating or thermal throttling. :)

    I was curious about the speed of those 20gbps usb enclosures, how quick would they be (might be more accessible speed)

    I have the blue and have no issues. I do appreciate that you mention that screen issue but it's really not a problem. I wouldn't want to discourage people from getting the blue because they think there's something inherently wrong with the screen.It's literally a 30 second fix. It's just a setting. Setting-Display-Colors and Contrast-Automatic contrast. Done. I'm not sure why the setting is different for that model. Perhaps Anbernic thought it was a neat idea for everything to be blue. The blue one doesn't have a fingerprint issue either. Though the plastic is really smooth. Good video.

    Is this a sling style bag or more of like a fanny pack bag

      I would say this is more of a sling style bag, but you can definitely still wear it fanny style. In fact, I feel like it's more comfortable in fanny mode. :)

    I want a dedicated portable device for playing wuthering waves...should i pick this or the odin 2

      Either device is going to be great. It really depends on what is more important to you. The Odin is more powerful, but the rg556 is much cheaper, has a better screen, and is more comfortable to hold.

    Is this One better than the facecam pro to record/stream at 1080? I want to stream at 1080. Thanks!
