Hi. Mam i have two parrots male and female. My female parrot flew three times and returned always next day.. this time my male parrot flew away on 18th august. I saw him flewing on my roof near me three times yesterday morning. After that couldn't see him. Its raining outside.. pls help and give suggestion..

My beloved pet budgie managed to fly away from me just half an hour ago. It's been a difficult time for me since he was undergoing treatment for air sac mites and was in a vulnerable condition. I've searched every nook and cranny in my house, but he's nowhere to be found. I've been scouring the neighborhood, calling his name, and asking neighbors if they've seen him, but there's still no sign of him. I'm feeling absolutely heartbroken and can't stop crying, as he was a very special and dear pet to me. 😭😭😭😭

My 30 year old Senegal parrot just started laying eggs and it's really worrying me. I never even knew it was possible without a mate. She's laid 3 in the past 2 weeks. She is not at all concerned with the eggs. She just lets them fall to the bottom of the cage. She does not try to sit on them or nest with them. Do you think dummy eggs would work on a bird who doesn't seem concerned with the eggs she is laying?

My African Grey flew off on 7/1/2023 at 10am in a terrible storm. I kept finding him in the trees around the neighborhood because he was talking to all the kids, found him 5 times and the rain kept scaring him off. Then I didn't see him for over 24 hours and got really scared that I wasn't ever going to see him again. I had many people posting him on Facebook and I also contacted all the pet stores and SPCA, also hung pictures of him on bulletin boards in most of the convenience stores with a REWARD offer. Finally on 7/3/2023 a man contacted my mother on Facebook and said my parrot was in his truck eating his Burger King ketchup packets, I was there to pick my bird up in less than 10 minutes and give the man a $200 reward and the biggest hug ever. Never give up and constantly keep getting the word out that he's missing. It's a miracle that I got my 12 year old best friend back and we are both very happy and so is his mate.

Today my tamest budgie flew away outside and her name was mochi. mochi was around like 3 months old and is a yellow head and green and turquoise belly and has a Mix of pink and blue on its nose so I don’t know the gender they were a child of my budgies happy and lucky. Today is Sunday April 23rd and was lost at around 1 pm I live in California San Lorenzo and it was really sad to see my tamest budgie fly away I panicked as soon as mochi took flight and I spent a while looking for them and didn’t find them sadly. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Edit with more info: So mochi would always like hit the window and wanted to fly out so badly and there is this net door and it broke and that’s how mochi escaped luckily our 6 other budgie didn’t fly away but I am still so sad 😭 but mochi wanted to fly out so I hope mochi might come back because they changed their mind of being outside. It worries me because of those videos when the falcons and eagles eat budgies and stuff and we also have a cat come around and one time we had the cage outside and the cat came and wanted to eat our birds. I hope someone could help by bird watching or something near by.
