This is probably why all the GMTs disappeared and the few that remain command new car prices. They had weird electrical problems that reliably sprung up and people were tired of taking them to the mechanics every month, so they had them crushed. Common sense would dictate if a car is well built, they'd still be on the road, they wouldn't go the way of the water buffalo.
