Just a quick note that there are a lot more details in the Initial D manga than the anime, including who is Natsuki's sugar daddy and who left the note in Takumi's lockers, in fact Takumi even talks to the person who left the note, and there's also the interim between the race stuff for third stage onwards, most of which were dropped by the anime as you already know... the anime also changed quite a few details and story points, and the list just goes on and on 😅

I did loved Prince Zolzal getting beat by Kuribayashi. "Mr I do whatever I want to whoever I want", getting beaten to a pulp, by a girl half his size.

To be fair, i never wacthed te anime but i read some of the best fanfictions ever. Some are abandoned but, god if with the gate base you can create some good shit.

The biggest plot hole is Britannia not just interrogating Lelouch the moment Zero comes back in season two. Yes, he outsmarted them, but really there was nothing stopping them from killing him if they suspected he was Zero again in the first place.

Due to my lifestyle and my people’s I didn’t watch or fuck with anime…And wasn’t a fan really…But I had one partna who loved anime and he had me watch Code geass and got me hardcore into anime in my early 20’s.

First half was great second half is dog shit

The main reason I liked this anime was actually because the protagonists are unhinged psychopaths.

Say what you want about the story, the mecha animation is so unique and fun to watch, I would still highly recommend the series just based on that

I don't know if this also counts for the JSDF, but in Germany at the Bundeswehr, a soldier can disobey an order if he feels right to do so. So, if the JSDF has something similar to that Itami is perfectly fine to do this stuff, especially when it is only beneficial.
