Oh wow! Looks like you need a faster printer lol🤣. One thing though, I would NOT recommend printing with any infill, I have printed 5 of these models out, and the 0.4 no infill is the best. I would have published a video assembling it and flight, but I gave it to my younger brother (who is 13) and he dropped it on its tail so I'm going to fix that and give it another go hopefully today! It's cuz that one I never put the pins in the wing, I have learned the hard way and now I designed some, new video with this model flying is coming out tonight or Monday!

I have the two videos on how to assemble it and today I will hopefully be taking the new one out to the field and flying it and I should get that video published this evening! So stay tuned!

I tried doing lwpla and got overture air, didn’t work at all! It didn’t foam and it was not that much lighter! I might try 3d print lab lwpla though, just curious, are there any different settings other than the density and extruder multiplier?

@@RobertGRitz i have the overture lwpla.... its not supposed to foam. its a prefoamed lwpla which is why it dosent foam. probaly decrease the print speed by 20-30% and same with the flow rate.

No, I don’t use gyro although I probably should get into using them! a parts list, You will just need the set and both metal rods I believe. And yes, this plane is set up like a standard plane so you could definitely use Gyro with it!

And the glue obviously. the prop is an upgraded prop that is optional, although the set comes with two.

Ok, nice! Don't forget to post a make on printables! If the 3mf's are having issues, then just use the stl's! Also, I have photos of what some of the parts should weigh, you can compare yours to that to see if it will fly!

Slicing it on Bambu lab is working good for me, I'll put the g-codes on printables!

Yeah, thanks for the advice. I printed one in lightweight PLA and it didn’t turn out very good. I’ve just printed another one in regular PLA and got it out to 166g so I will do a video soon on that one flying!

Yeah, no problem. Did you just get into 3-D printing? There are 3MF files which you have to slice to your printer and the other files are called g-codes which are for a printer. When using the 3MF make sure to import as model. if you have any more questions, feel free to ask me.👍

@@RobertGRitz yes actually just recently got into 3D printing kinda late. Facilitated at all possible applications with 3D. Thanks for your content, I tried importing 3mf Fuse 1 file as a test slice on my A1 mini but file errors to floating layers and missing wall or two then under standard profile in my slicer. I’m trying to understand your .6 wall etc examples but doesn’t seem to slice well in Bambu studio that great even in basic profile as a test preview. I’m obviously doing something wrong probably. Any clarification from you and help would be awesome. Thanks again for your efforts

Oh, you have bamboo studio I’m not sure if you can try using Cura, just change wall and top bottom layers to 0.6 mm thick and change the infill to 10% lightning

I’m not sure how to use bamboo studio or what the settings would look like in bamboo studio, maybe try to get a RUclips video on how to change infill and top/bottom/side walls. Feel free to let me know if you need any more help.

@@preloadingwastaken Actually, the reason the flight video is so short is because I never added supports, and it fell apart! I just added some printable supports on printables! I will be doing another video using those.

No, you can just print those pins and they will slide into the wings and there’s a few piece that needs pins as well. I will be doing a video using them probably Thursday or Friday
