I know you’re not required to comment, but I was wondering what you thought about my remarks on imposter syndrome. It’s just that you usually reply. And, I noticed you hearted others 😉, so I admit to heart envy. ❤❤❤❤❤

Hi, Veronica. Maybe this sounds simplistic, but the thought that kept coming in regard to imposter syndrome was that there are always those smarter, prettier, etc, superior to us in some ways-why shouldn’t you be one of the smart ones who excels in your field? I am happy for your success and wishing you continued success and excellent health along with it. I have my own form of intelligence which is not yours(I have a feeling😊), but it’s fine! The world needs everyone, and G-d created us each with our own special capacities to be great in our own way. Thank you for sharing. I went through a breast scare many years ago and concerns for my children. Thank G-d no reoccurrence of any kind. Xoxo

At 11:15 You're So Strong! It's So Scary 😨 But.. the unpleasantness only last a minute and then after these scary procedures you then feel so much relief and strength becuase you are tending to your health and well-being ❤❤

Hey girl hey!! ❤ I have had this one in my watch later playlist for days, I wanted to watch when I'd have the time to sit and really take it in! When I had seen the word mammogram in the title, it grabbed my attention because I just got scheduled to have my very first mammogram coming up in December. (I'll have to go to the mainland for the appointment.) Now that I'm here listening, I'm realizing I've been so worried about the actual procedure, having it done, will it hurt, etc, that I haven't even realized that the results are the main concern! 🥹 So happy yours came back clear! 🙏🏼💖 By the way, I just had my Pap test yesterday!! I'm able to have that done here on the island with my nurse practitioner, and she made a point of telling me that if this one comes back good I can go two years before my next one. It's a little different for me probably, because I went 10 years without having one at all after Dani passed away, so they probably want to make sure they have a good baseline of clear results. I love that your son is so musical! My daughter played piano, and she also played drums, she was so good at it! ❤ A little bit off-topic, but I sent you a package, and I realized that my name wasn't the sender, because I sent it from the company which is Park Place… So I wrote you a note on Instagram to let you know it was me, and to be looking out for a Sephora box! Lol But now when I go to the Instagram message, it seems like your account doesn't exist anymore… Did I miss something? 😅 it's like you have no posts and no profile picture, but I can still see all of our previous messages back-and-forth… Anyways, I thought I would let you know on here that it was me! I'm Park Place! Hahah 😅 I love this video and your openness and honesty! It's really like having a good heart-to-heart with a friend, and it's reassuring to know we all have a lot of the same fears, feelings and worries… I'm so happy you and your family are doing so well! I don’t think you have imposter syndrome. I think you were taught “pride comes before a fall” and you fear that. That’s not a bad thing, it’s humility. Maybe that humility is what people see in you and it’s part of why you are so successful? 😊❤

That was deep talk. I get it, I'm 57 years old and it doesn't get more easy the older we get, but how we see things and react too the things you were talking about, can make it easier. I wish I was better too communicate in English, I'm trying but dang I'm slow. I have been trying too changed the way I think, I try too see the positive in things instead off the negative ( if I can 😊) That you know abaut the imposter syndrome ( sorry I think I misspelled that) is the most important step too work writh it, and mabey get rid of it. Reflecting on this year...thanks for reminding me that overall, I've had a good year. Two big setbacks in the last 2 weeks. I can overcome them. It will take some time. Thanks for reminding me to be grateful for this short time on Earth we call life😊

Veronica! 🎉❤🎉❤ What a wonderfully thoughtful and thought provoking video! My daughter will turn 51 in March. Where does the time go? It speeds by in a blur!😮 Interesting fact: When I went for a pap last year, they told me that they don’t usually do them anymore after the age of 65. 😳They did it because my last one had been 20 years prior. 🤭 Everything was fine. Now I don’t have to have any more. 🎉 It’s always been my habit to excel at any job, regardless of how menial. I was a cashier at Walmart for 19 years. I don’t consider the job to be rocket science. 😊 But I was determined that, if I was going to do that job, I was going to be the fastest, most accurate, most caring, and most pleasant cashier in the building! I succeeded. I had customers wait in my lane, rather than go to a shorter lane. I learned their names, and addressed them by name when they came in. I made them feel special in an unspecial place. I have a wonderful husband of nearly 51 years. 🥰 We have to face the fact that, at some point, one of us will be lost without the other. So today is what we focus on. ❤ I’m not famous, I’m not perfect. I have regrets. I have the love of those I love. I’m a kind person. I’ve experienced successes, regardless of size. I’m happy!😊 So, in review, I have led a good life. A life I’m proud of… I’m also proud to know YOU!❤

Hi Veronica❤ My husband’s 50 year old daughter just had a double mastectomy last week after a recent cancer diagnosis. She wants to have her ovaries removed also, to reduce the risk even further. She has a family history, since her mom and grandmother had it, and though her mother went into remission, it returned and had spread, so she did pass from it. She was soooo scared, and who can blame her? She is very healthy, an avid hiker/backpacker and eats very healthy as well. One week before her surgery, she hiked halfway up Mt Rainier, to Camp Muir, (see Google Earth) so she is a very strong woman! As you were talking about many things, the song Tapestry by Carole King came into my head. No, not the specific words to that song, because frankly, I have no idea what it is about, but, that our lives really are a tapestry, of many many things woven together, and everyone’s tapestry is different and unique to us. I heard a story once, about when we see the front of the tapestry it makes a gorgeous picture, but when you see the back, it is sometimes raggedy, with strings hanging and frayed, and just looks like a tangled web. Ponder on that for a bit. Congratulations on your ACHIEVEMENT! You are a very intelligent woman, with so many talents, and I admire you so much. AND, you can sing Queen😄Made me smile🙂

Hey V, so good to see you here ❤❤ As a former breast cancer patient (now healthy, weightlifting, breathing deeply, living fully), looking back, it does not seem that horrible. I developed a positive thinking mind early on,soldiered on and all is well. I have learned so much, learned what to remove from my life, learned that doctors often do not have your best interest at heart,but I know myself the best 😄Disclaimer - this is my own experience / my opinions, everyone needs to do their own research and set their own goals 😄❤️ I have changed so much, it was a wakeup call in a way. So this 42 year old girl (😂) is sending positive vibes to you! Laugh always, think positive, be silly, life's good 😉
