Yes please,make a video about dreams! I have had my fair share of bizzarre dreams over the years 😂 I have had one specific dream for years and years and one time I wanted to tell my sister about it. I started describing it in details, very particular events going on in it and she finished my sentence with describing her dream that was basically identical. Kinda creepy, not gonna lie, but since then, I have started thinking about dreams more and I think we are all connected tightly, family members even more. We share our energies, thoughts all the time, it's just that many of us are not aware of that. So yes, I love hearing your thoughts on various topics 😊❤

Everything you touched on resonates with me. I had to stop watching the news because it's always one terrible thing after another. I can't remember the last time I saw a nice uplifting story on there. And taking care of yourself is absolutely important. I always think of the flight attendants giving their spiel about "put your oxygen mask on first before helping others". 😂 I too am trying to focus on quality over quantity because I have waaay too much stuff which is starting to become overwhelming and cause anxiety. So my word for 2025 is Organization. I plan on going through every room and every drawer and only keeping things I use and love. I think that in itself will bring me some peace! 🤣Ohhh speaking of which, I finally smelled the scent of peace (green stravaganza 🤗) and I totally agree with you. That is how I would picture peace to smell, LOL. I've told Jaime about how great she is at responding to comments and I want to tell you too, especially considering the size of your fragrance channel, that it really is commendable the amount of comments you respond to! So thank you for interacting with us and making our time on your channel enjoyable! ❤❤ Ok, last two things and I'll end my novel here. Did you see the Wicked tumblers Starbucks came out with in November? They were so cute I wish I would've gotten one. And lastly, I feel the need to tell you about these AMAZING sheets I got from QVC. They are called Berkshire Velvetsoft sheets and OMG when I say you won't want to get out of bed I kid you not! My husband said I needed to order another set so when the first set was in the laundry we'd have a spare to put on. 🤣🤣

Yes Veronica, having accountability for ourselves and how we can either breath life or death upon who we love and care about. The scary part that I'm seeing the older I get is...people/family...almost dismissing or ignoring their words or actions and going about their daily life. Unfortunately it's just life and being dismissed bc you're the kind one is horrid! I am learning at 41 that I have to protect my peace, also. ❤

I love the way you touched on personal accountability here! This mindset feels rare in our day. Working so hard to teach my son a proper view of accountability while he is still young.

Wow, there is so much to say about all of this, and it all really resonated with me. You have learned so much, because most people don’t get this wisdom until they are much older than yourself. This past year I decided to stop hosting the big family holiday dinners. I want my kids to finally understand that the amount of work involved is getting too much for me, as we have a large family. I am now 71, but my kids all seem to think I am still young, and not aging. I told my oldest daughter that I just wanted to go to one of their homes, and I would help them, but not have to host the whole thing, )due to the work of shopping, preparing food, cleaning etc etc). Older daughter then invited me to her home, and I was relieved. But THEN, my middle child couldn’t go that day, and said that her son (my 4 year old grandson) was going to be so disappointed if he didn’t get to see us, so guess what? I ended up hosting Christmas Eve day. THEN, husband’s daughter and her sons could only come Christmas Day, and had nowhere else to go, so I felt obligated to host them too! So, I went from not wanting to host at all, to hosting TWO days! It got worse, not better😄 I am defintely slowing down, and it takes much longer to do what I used to easily accomplish, and now, there is literally pain involved! This year I will have to make my “no”, be a no! I love them very much, but my body is telling me to slow down! I could say so much about everything you said, but shall spare you an epistle! I admire your wisdom very much! I wish everyone were like you, and the world would be so much more PEACEFUL. My mom used to tell me “You don’t have to say everything that comes into your head”, and wouldn’t the world be a better place if everyone could grasp that concept? The internet is exactly the opposite. People just hurl everything that pops into their brains, with no consideration of how it effects anyone else.

Wow! My 1st Essential Veronica😊. I'm close in age to you. I've been safely lifting weights (compound lifting) and eating 1gram of protein per ideal body weight in lbs for 10 years. And I do treadmill sprints once a week. Also, that habit led me to good sleep skills. Pretty much like yours. Prepping for bed at 8, in bed around 9 and rising between 5 & 6am. It was a true delight to hear you share wisdom. Thank you!

Girrrrrl, I have been going to bed at around 8pm, sometimes even a bit earlier and it is such a good feeling! Welcome to the club, sister! ❤ It is simply good for your body.. I usually read a book and it relaxes me and prepares me for good sleep, then I do a gratitude before sleep exercise, do a double exhale method to relax me even more and then off to sleep 😊 Also, workouts especially as you get older - heck yes! You are right about that - high animal proteins, low or no carbs and moderate healthy fats. I feel soooo good eating 4 eggs every day + workouts. I am honestly so happy,hearing you set your new standards and being kind to yourself ❤❤❤ Martina

Same here, for some of the same reasons , I’m in that transitional age (50) and stage in my life where my personal comfort is at a higher priority. I’m usually always putting others first , even if it means compromising my own peace and confort. I don’t do that anymore. I don’t let that bother me, like it used to. 💯

Omg I had a super mean comment the other day, and I was shocked at how unbothered I was by it!! 😃 However, because it was also a derogatory comment towards others, I did block them from my channel.. I took screenshots because it was so shocking, but I was able to let the incident go almost immediately and I felt like hey I am growing as a person because it literally gave me no anxiety, no distress and I was super happy with my reaction 😊🙏🏼👏🏻

I love flannel sheets too but my husband can't handle them, he runs hot! Lol 😅 We've been sleeping on grounding sheets, the ones you plug into the grounding part of the outlet.. and I'm definitely sleeping deeper, but I don't like the fabric. 🫤 I've been back on the treadmill a bit more, and upping my protein, but I really need to start up with the weights too!! Maybe today! 🏋️

Energy vampires. 👏🏼 I had very painful experiences about 5 years ago - but I was young and not experienced, and way way too trusting, believing everyone wanted the best for me. It was such a hard lesson learned but I’m so grateful for having learned it.

Me again: with having a NYE birthday, my “new year” aligns with the calendar year but I always wonder why the calendar year is a kick start and not one’s birthdate. With that I’m a word of the year that aligns with my rotation around the sun. This year is “nourish”, last year “alignment”. Also, look up trespasser syndrome. It made a huge impact on me in my professional career.

Dec 31st is my birthday. My family and friends make a big thing about my birthday and not NYE! I’m simply grateful for the people I love and who love me back these 52 years. Happy to sub to this channel too!

I have been using only raw, cold pressed oils for my face since I turned 30 (no cream of any kind, ever), so almond oil, macadamia oil, hazelnut oil etc. I swear to God, it stopped me from getting any more wrinkles for years, it was like I froze in time 😂 I am 42 now (turning 43 on 22nd January) and I barely notice any new wrinkles, but it is sloooowly starting (time does fly, after all) 😂 I started using castor oil now for my face, mixed with more runny types of oil and essential oil mix and my skin has been loving it! I was using castor oil for my brows and I think they might have gotten a little thicker or started growing a little bit, not 100% sure. Nature has so many wonderful things for us and I am grateful for that ❤ I started practicing gratitude before sleep, also yoga and meditation and above all - I try to live in the moment and take the best out of every situation 😊 Sending much love to you, be well ❤ Martina

The fire 🔥🔥 damage in LA is quite shocking 😵 So many people have lost everything they own, including their home, and many people had their insurance cancelled over the summer. 😡

😂 just got to the part where you talked about you and your spouse stretching…I so know what you are talking about! It’s our hip mobility and hamstrings that are suffering. I thought I’d be super helpful and got my husband some nice looking dress type slip on sketcher shoes for Christmas. The look on his face! 😂😂. He definitely has some preconceived notions regarding this type of shoe. Back they went and the struggle for him to get his shoes on continues. 😂😂
