Two Thousand Year Old Chinese Coins Found In Japan
A note. The picture of the new find was taken by the Maebashi City Government. This is the city in Gunma where the hoard was found during digging for a new factory.
Gunma and Saitama Prefectures are next door to each other, though that may be apparent from the two pictures.
I wasn’t sure if it was national currency or unified currency, but it was used throughout what was China during that time.

Makes me wonder if there was any statistical, medical, poetic, or anecdote document of that period. That covers the raise of illnesses(dengue, malaria, etc) that is a direct and indirect result of the law. I assume that law was a result of Buddhists idea. That all living creatures is or might be a reincarnation of another person. Or Shinto idea that gods can reside in insects or there's a old Shinto god governing mosquitoes. Plus the Tokugawa era elite's apathy or ignorance of the common man's circumstances. "Left many citizens on edge." That I agree with since mosquitoes bring diseases. And a group of them stinging on a person or group of people is miserably annoying to an outright plague.

Moeka Hoshi's acting as Fuji is miles above the one from the 1980's version. Aside from being cuter, her nuanced "eye-acting" and face micro-expressions impressed a lot of people, and made her a fan favorite.

If you're saying that the actress from 1980, Hiromi Senno, was bad, I disagree with you. I think she did a great job, in spite of the limitations placed on her. Moeka Hoshi was amazing, and was able to play the character the way Lady Fuji was intended. That's a lot of the difference

Well, I have read the book, and seen the 1980 version... I also thought that Hiromi Senno was cute in her role, although she had only a small part, compared to Moeka Hoshi.... When this 2024 version started, I was not impressed with ANY of the ensemble... But when Fujiko pointed the gun.... Suddenly we all fell in love with her... As the episodes went along, it seems that, worldwide, we all found her to be very cute...If she became a nun, then, maybe in a second season, Blackthorne can petition Toranaga, to let Fujiko become his wife, and Blackthorne promise to stay in Japan, and supervise the building of a fleet of Western style ships....This would conform to what is known about Adams... At least, this way, we would all be charmed again by Fujiko...

Oda Nobunaga was quite eccentric during his era, he didnt particularly follow many traditions like other lords at the time and was probably an outcast of sorts, and ironically i believe Oda may have even be infatuated with Christianity since everyone he knew was only brought up with Buddist teachings through their lives, it makes me wonder ironcally if the so called demon king of the 6th heaven may have secretly been converted into following Christanity for himself

I have found it mentioned in a few places that Akechi may be being rexamined and that the term "traitor" may be unjust. It is said that Oda Nobunaga did not fulfill his own duties towards his vassals, specifically Akechi. There is a tale of Oda Nobunaga using Akechi's mother as a trade of hostages for a negotiation with an enemy, in which Nobunaga betrayed the peace carelessly and got Akechi's mother executed by said enemies' clan. Thus, making Akechi's actions more understandable. Any truth, or fairness, to this perspective?
