Bought my 800P in 86. Still ride it today.
I think redline is the top of list for awesome reliable built bikes. I own 2 now. A 96 20 in and a 93 20 in. The longest wheelie i ever rode was on a redline.
Quem tem uma rede Line sabe a história que ela pode fazer em sua vida por isso aconselho a todos a ter uma
My home track! Any update on the racing efforts, either sponsored riders (Zaine?) or the next generation of Prolines? I could stand to update my current 2011 Proline pro-xl, but it looks like that size has been unavailable for a while now.
I wanted the 24 but they were out of stock for over a month so I caved in and got the 20. It's sick! The mustard yellow is fire 🔥
A BMX Redline Fez história e na minha vida também fez história sempre vou lembrar dos rolê que eu dei com a minha bike
Great bike I just got one from you guys. Really enjoying it!
Thought i raced before this.. 72-73but i had a mongoose.. 1974🤔 but i guess not.. $200ish =$1200 how my mom paid for that living in south central los angeles.. no idea.. thank you mom♥️
Bike helps.. but its the rider..I could be paid to train for 2 yrs..bmx/cycling all day all night.. and i still will not win the grands/TDF .. but a good rider on a out of the box bike , can defeat me on a custom bike.
Going to get one tomorrow morning from Facebook marketplace on a great deal can’t wait to start learning
Happy Birthday 🇺🇸Redline 50yrs amazing...🎉👍
Any news on the racing front?
I got the asset 24 inch last summer and I’m still loving it !
Having a hell of a time getting the seat post to insert into the bike on my Redline PL26. Any suggestions? It just doesn't look like it fits!!
Please make Carbon Frames again!
Be nice if they put a quality pro model back on the market. We never see the company as we once did.
After I spent months buying and assembling my new Redline MX-II part-by-part, the first Summer I had it out, it was stolen from me. :( I still have the carboard box that the frame came in! I still yearn to have a light chromoly Redline like I had back in the day. Continued success!!!
Raced an MX-II back in '81-'82, had a friend on the factory support team shortly thereafter, and still have my 2011 Proline Pro-XL right next to me in my studio. A couple of years ago I saw the reintroduction of the Proline and the start of a new racing effort with Alex Bob, but haven't seen or heard much since; any plans to make another go at a racing effort?
I'm 61. I raced on a Redline at the Orange "Y" BMX track in the late 80s and worked my way up to the expert class. Great memories. Around 2001, when my son was 13, I took him and his friend to race. They raced a few times but didn't get into it. I was about 39 and I saw the dads racing in the cruiser class. I got the bug again and bought a Redline cruiser. It was a John Purse model. I raced at different So. Cal. tracks for 5 more years in the 39-44 class. More great memories. It really hurts when I drive past, what used to be, the Orange "Y" track. All those years have passed where kids and their parents could've been racing together. But that's another story.
Thanks for sharing your story of finding BMX again at different points in your life. Great memories! So many historic moments happened at the Orange Y track.
Best BMX bikes of the 80s !!
Rode a custom 102b in the 80s, candy apple red, was beautiful.
Too dear for my pocket
I spy Papa G!
Just got a brand new redline recon as im getting back into bmx riding trails /streets. never had one before but now its one of my favorite bikes to ride. It brings back nostalgia and now im giong to have a good time making some new memories with this one.
Rad bro
Where did you get the jersey. Love both my redline sqb26 and mx24. Also got a big ripper.
Looks like a great bike but $800 bucks for essentially a beach cruiser with mountain bike, handlebars, and seat is a little too steep for me. I’m not going to lie, I would love to have one though lol!
3:00 yuoga i thought i got some dookie wheels so ot must be the tube by the next day the tire is flat but it pumps right back up and the bike came with some old skool i think bullseye 🎯 rims
Got the only new old stock redline triple X with every NOS big block upgrade and unreleased double stamped forklifters. It all Started with a redline triple x in 99, I stay on a redline triple x in 2023
How do I build a 1999 redline triple x?
i got a redline proline expert race bike from the early 2000's raced it a ton, road it all over my town and neighbor hood when i was younger, cherish those memories for life....... just got it going again and my son is now gonna race with it! super excited thanks redline you are my goat bike brand to me
GT #1❤
Definitely not, no where near.
GT, isn’t #1 no where close oolt
Just bought my son a redline, and he is super happy with it. Awesome bike
I personally like chase bikes better
Trenton moore
Shiiiiit thats clean
My first bike was a redline
RL340. Saved up $200 cash and bought it at the local shop. Kept all the paperwork in an envelope in my room lol
I have an mx24 its a great bike but it has major mod room at any bike at thst pricepoint. The bars are near 5 pounds and the solid crank arms are pretty heavy as well. The wheels are pretty much run em till they fold then replace. My rear wheel came untrue and have been having issues with it from the start and even though I have warranty coverage they won't even touch it. I believe i have a manufacturing issue with the hub. They want to argue with me about it and not cover it. =REDLINE= not the same company as it once was being that they have changed ownership 3 times. I'm glad they pulled out of the dept store line because the legacy of the name =REDLINE= did not deserve that fate. I have an old school =REDLINE= 20" and that's the only bike I've ever kept. Concluding, I wish I would have just gotten the DK 24" cruiser I seen at the bike shop for a little more.
Such an awesome crank I even prefer it over my DXR. Sad Redline stopped making these & now dropped Flight components altogether 😒🤬
I plan to buy a 2013 model. Can it fit 2.4 tires?
I am shopping a 2013 model for $250. Just doing a review.
I just bought a 27.5 RL BMX bike and got it at a lower price at the Washington location than a dealer.
Damn.. to flat ground too!
That’s me!!! No really. That’s me.
Good balloon 🎈 tires too!
Using an adjustable or crescent wrench on axle bolts makes my skin crawl.
Yes. They lost me at "adjustable wrench". Just dropped in to see what they had to say too, didn't need the info and definitely wouldn't use it 😬
nice .
This bike is seriously so cool
I love this video and love my mx24.
