Man I want one so badly. I've wanted a Redline since 1984. My buddy was a pro level rider in N.Y back then and he recently passed away. I really want to get one as tribute to him and also fulfill my dream to own a Redline. As a single Dad the loot just isn't there and I'm already old and fat so it sure doesn't look good lol. Enjoy your bike, great video especially engaging with the kids etc. Go Redline!!!
I have an mx24 its a great bike but it has major mod room at any bike at thst pricepoint. The bars are near 5 pounds and the solid crank arms are pretty heavy as well. The wheels are pretty much run em till they fold then replace. My rear wheel came untrue and have been having issues with it from the start and even though I have warranty coverage they won't even touch it. I believe i have a manufacturing issue with the hub. They want to argue with me about it and not cover it. =REDLINE= not the same company as it once was being that they have changed ownership 3 times. I'm glad they pulled out of the dept store line because the legacy of the name =REDLINE= did not deserve that fate. I have an old school =REDLINE= 20" and that's the only bike I've ever kept. Concluding, I wish I would have just gotten the DK 24" cruiser I seen at the bike shop for a little more.
Thought i raced before this.. 72-73but i had a mongoose.. 1974🤔 but i guess not.. $200ish =$1200 how my mom paid for that living in south central los angeles.. no idea.. thank you mom♥️
Bike helps.. but its the rider..I could be paid to train for 2 yrs..bmx/cycling all day all night.. and i still will not win the grands/TDF .. but a good rider on a out of the box bike , can defeat me on a custom bike.
Bought one back in June. Won two races on it thus far!
Good stuff Papa G!
I love this video and love my mx24.

I got 2008,mx24in. Green color. Rides like new still keep it fresh even though it's older mx.
I just bought a 27.5 RL BMX bike and got it at a lower price at the Washington location than a dealer.
Mi favorito Redline
Great video! How come redline doesn’t advertise? I just got into the sport and bought new redlines for the whole family. They seem like good bikes.
We definitely do advertise but we're thrilled you've bought Redlines for the family regardless. Thanks for repping us!
They're the best, good for you.
It's like how Porsche doesn't advertise. When there is no substitute, you don't have to... REDLINE 👍👌👍
Where did you get the jersey. Love both my redline sqb26 and mx24. Also got a big ripper.
nice .
It all starts with a Redline
Be nice if they put a quality pro model back on the market. We never see the company as we once did.
Where is this bike made?
Why do you care.. Look it up on the website.
They are made in America. Sorry, that guy was such a douche bag.
@@seavee2190Go ride your Huffy punk.
It is made in Thailand
Hi Papa G my name Scott I got a old Redline RL-444 and a new Redline Proline Pro-24 Both Cruisers
How do you like that new Proline 24? Is it light? Does it have 3 piece cranks? Aluminum?
