Сразу видно, что не механик. А колесные гайки заранее откручены. Использование рожкового ключа признак отсутствия квалификации и опыта. Эту гайку не открутить Рожковым ключом. Только головка или звездочка с одной стороны и ключ для трубных гаек или разрезанная звездочка с другой. Металлическим молотком НЕЛЬЗЯ стучать по алюминию! Либо приставка, либо резиновый молоток.

This video didn't explain how to get the pin back in through the spring. Here's what I did: Put a pin in both sides to keep the parts aligned. Push one pin in as far as you can the remove the other pin. Put it in a vice and tighten slowly while attempting to guide the pin straight. It's not easy, but a vice (or maybe even a C clamp) can apply steady pressure. Good luck!

i advice anyone who is trying to do this on an es2 to not bother, and just buy a new motor with a new wheel attached on it, at least if you have an older scooter like me, after days of trying, special tools bought, 50% of the screws broken and when i finally get off all the broken shit quality screws, the wheel literally is just impossible to get on, literally boiled the wheel, slapped on half a bottle of lube on that shit and it is just still impossible. idk which scooter or wheel he has but mine are 1000x more difficult, i have been defeated by this horribly made scooter and will just replace the whole motor.

doesnt say what exact tool he used to open the screws, so not helpful at all as none of my tools works on them. RIP

Just did this shit. After reading the comments I thought the spring would be a horror show, nope, actually quite straight forward to get in then work the pin through. All those saying its impossible with one person are hyperbole. Just me and I did it. Need to remove the big giant pin across the middle to open up access to help you align the spring, thats the trick to get it in. Hardest part for me was putting the clamps back on the big pin, bit of a puzzle, just have to do it one side at a time, open one side put the pin, close it, open the other side put the pin, close it. It's not that bad. make sure you have a hammer, multitool, and two allen sets of keys, maybbe heat gun if you don't want to cut up the rubber foot pad. good luck.

Thanks for having me cut my tire off dumb ass. Now the replacement I bought don’t fit. Ugh. I know, read the reviews fart sounds. Well maybe take the tire off right so I could have still used it instead of following dumb ass chop everything up McGee.

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the E22E tyres from the ones like the Model D? The E22E uses a 9-Inch Dual Density tyres (flat-free) and the Ninebot model D uses 10-inch air tyres with inner tube. can someone give some feedback. I'll love to change if was possible. The original tyres from e22e model it's very uncomfortable, they are only good if we have a good road without holes or if you ride on a cycle track otherwise is very bad. Thanks.

When I plug in my battery into charge (while disassembled) the internal battery light on the top of the battery just flashes red for a few seconds then turns off. Also only getting 1.7v from the battery… is the problem the battery???

Hey you need 2 people for this job. One to push the spring back in with a big flat head screwdriver to adjust your finger just ain’t strong enough. other person tap in the pin with a hammer once you aligned wit the flat head. There’s no way you can do this wit one person unless you have proper tool to hold the spring in place.
