HVAC tools, tips, training, procedures long forgotten and never tough in the automotive trade. Using the best equipment to preform the fastest quality job for your customer. I'm learning about videos, sound, lighting, will get into video and sound editing to improve my videos to you. My trade was passed down to me through my great grand father to grandfather to father to me and now my son who works with me. Air conditioning has been around for over 100 years since 1902. I will introduce you to tools of higher quality and ability then what you can get off the automotive tools truck at your shop like SnapOn, MAC, MATCO, ect. Procedures that were not tough in my high school auto shop, or my collage automotive engineering school. You did not learn in your ROC training, VACA or vocational adult training center or private high dollar school quickie automotive schools or local collages. There is a reason a HVAC/R degree takes 2 1/2 years to complete full time student just 100% about AC

This is a normal operation of what is called a hard shut off expansion valve Stop selling customers expansion valves because some one told you if it does not bleed over from the high side to the low side that means it’s plugged Not all the time Somewhere designed to operate like this

Experimenting with compressor RPM maintaining the longest runtime. The whole idea is not to have the clutch kick out.. Looking for steady pressures that do not cycle .

This type of leak that shuts itself off, and it only leaks precisely at exact temperature or pressure later on. Eventually, it will leak and dump the refrigerant . It might be one day one week one month In a very few cases because I personally knew a few customers had this type of refrigerant leak actually last through the year . You never know But the one thing you do know, it will leak again

When customers literally destroy their own car by lack of maintenance. 🧑🔧 That end up with extremely high repair bills. And then the customer says when it’s time to repair the extremely expensive engine or transmission or replace a compressor that they destroy by not maintaining they complain about the price 🤦♂️

When one of these old Mercedes have been sitting for many years and you start up the blower little pieces of foam shoot out of the vents that are for ceiling the blend doors This will cause unwanted core air to bleed by or outside air Doors partially not fully closed or open will not allow your evaporator blend doors to fully open or close On this model when the heater core control valve leaks ...
