Here is some raw footage of maybe the first 2 sections of the Enduro Trail at BMMS. Its maybe 18 miles long and a good mix of flow and technicality. The TM is still in stock trim with a few added protection parts. Once I address the gearing and suspension it is going to be a weapon!

I really enjoy your videos and was drawn to them because you are riding a real enduro motorcycle. Not a glamorized factory modified street bike with knobby tires and some expert dirt bike rider……. I raced motocross and grew up riding in the dirt, and gravel roads were considered highway travel for us growing up. Going over logs, mud, quicksand and each other was the call of the day. My generational Yamaha YZs could and did lay all of the Japan enduros in the weeds when rode together in the rough…… But, these enduros didn’t break down, had a head light for night escapes from the fishing pond trespasses, were quite and were easier to ride on the pavement in the event we had any to traverse. And, I bought one of these enduros 30 years later to start riding again because of their universal abilities. No doubt about it, if a large adventure bike gets hung up in some quicksand in a shallow moving body of water it’s over! Good luck finding that video. Just some ramblings here. No issues registering in NC. I was the first in the state they just had to add it into the database. Let me know if you're looking to buy I'm 30 minutes away from greensboro and could give you a great deal! Enduroactioncyclesllc@gmail.com

Thanks for posting some SE single track with the lovely clay thrown in. I was impressed how easy you make it look on a 300# bike!

Oh, and I don't know if you said in the video, but did the throttle get smoother at low speed / low gear after doing all the mods?

Throttle indeed got smoother and less stall prone. I'm used to riding 2 strokes all the time which is why I stall once or twice in this ride. That was my fault not the bikes

@@EnduroActionCyclesLLC That's great to hear! I'm coming from a KLX 300 which is almost like a 2 stroke, that thing never stalls, haha.

Thanks for you thoughts and impressions on different mods so far. I've decided on installing the race exhaust and ECU remap, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do for the timing key and gearing yet. I'm leaning toward sticking with the stock gearing because I plan to do some longer trips like BDRs with the bike.

I think you should be just fine with only the race ecu flash and exhaust. It's going to be very smooth and still have enough torque to get you where you need to be

Do you think the timing key may reduce reliability/increse engine wear in the long term? Maybe because the engine is working or revving harder... i dont know. I think I will go for the 51 sprocket instead of the timing key to improve the torque down low a little bit, and thats all. Thanks for all the info buddy!

    • @EnduroActionCyclesLLC

Starting off with the 51t sprocket is a great Idea! I don't think the timing key will affect anything in terms of longevity. It just gets to the power quicker, now how long you stay in the upper rpms is base on the rider! I'd say people racing and holding WOT will have to worry about increased maintenance regardless of having the timing key or not as that, in my opinion, has more of a factor on longevity and maintenance. Most mortals will still ride around in midrange with the key anyway. Hope that helps!

Amazing video just like the other ones you did! It would be great if you could put your clickers adjustement values here please? Coming from big ADV bikes, I thing I will have to make it more plush in the beginning... I'm 6"3 and 100kilos all geared up. Thanks!

Sure I'll post them here in a few days. Very busy this weekend and won't have time to play with the 450 rally. I will say it might be a bit off because I am around 40 pounds lighter which is a significant different but I'll try to get some good setting for you!
