The counter shaft washer you were referring too, is a 35mm shim, and they need to be measured, there should be space in between that shim and the bearing per the manual. 0.04mm - 0.10m

On the 5th gear slider… does it have to go on a certain way? I heard you say it have 2 teeth that sit up higher… but can you put it on either just as long as the 2 teeth align with the deeper grooves? I’m having a 5th gear pop out and the only thing that gave me an issue was that slider popping off when I was trying to get the stacks and forks all put in the spots on the bell housing

I know this video is 4 years old but I just had a question. I heard you talk about in the video about how you had holes that were made so you could drop the cage to make more room to weld the top of the cage. Did you ever drop the cage or you didn’t have to due to you having enough space ? Also would you recommend dropping the cage also ?

Especially the last part as I was looking for exactly that yes or no answer about using those existing holes as I already thought no but the pics on the website were seeming it could so a big help on that! 🙏 I’m curious as to what size you used to drill the holes though? All I heard is that you used the biggest one… but what is the biggest one? (yeah yeah I know, that’s what she said 😂 but for real) I have one that goes to 20mm and another that goes to 3/4 (which is a 19mm basically) and those are BIGGER than that for sure! I used a micrometer on the o-ring outer sealing surface and it was roughly 1 1/2in but I rather have tighter clearances than not so I’m curious as to what size you used? Also, another thing ran across my mind. To access the lines for evac and recharging, are we going to need to have the bumper/fender off or will it be accessible through the fender liner or is there a way to the engine compartment? While I’m looking at my project RN, I wonder if the little hole close to the intake hole will work? But I have an Integra build so not sure if that’s there on yours, I’m gonna rewatch this so I might find my answer beforehand. Nonetheless, thanks for this video! 🙏
