Hi clara! My name is Liv and I am coming to you after a month or so of searching after my regular online (only) instructor announced that her 30 day challenge was back to basics for beginners. I’m around intermediate closer to advanced so….. i needed to branch out anyways. But everyone else I found either was too slow, too plain flows, I didn’t like the way they spoke….. whatever. I enjoy what you’re doing! I’m startin day one on day 9 and I look forward to the rest!

Do you have a tip bc me triceps hurt when i put me knee in it
You can put your elbows between calf and thigh- that helps :)
Fascinating flow. I did it immediately after second day practice, and now my arms are sour. But , on positive side I got shavasana to do second time in a day, lol.
Double savasana is always a pleasure ☺️☺️

It's great and has a well-paced flow. Moreover, I was surprised when the last ritual to put hands (in prayer) on forehead, mouth, and chest came up. I do it every day, and for the first time it came up on RUclips. I hope you continue it in the remaining sessions.

Is there a full length video/flow with these movements? Shorts are great, however, as a beginner I rely on guidance and breathing prompts in order to execute the movements fluidly. It would be very helpful for me if you could please link full length videos that include the movements in the description of the shorts❣️ thank you 🙏🏼
