Currently, we are in the middle of building our forever home (barndominium) on our homestead and recording the entire journey.
Donovan is a retired Army soldier of 20 years with 2 combat tours to Iraq. He met his wife, Linda, while they were both soldiers deployed to Kuwait. Fast forward 5 military moves and 4 kids later, they end up in Miami, FL, the fishing capital of the World. The summer of 2022, they made the life-changing decision to manage their fishing charter business of 6 years from afar by moving back home to Oklahoma to be closer to family, raise their kids in the country, and build their forever home on a 26 acre homestead.

So it was our second time in our Southern Safe due to Tornado warnings and it is such a comfort knowing we have a shelter of some kind to go into during these warnings. The tornado passed by about 5 miles north of us but we did get some damaging winds. Claremore got hammered so please pray for them.

In our family my boys like to solve their problems with the boxing gloves on, so that's how we solve conflicts. We have had a lot going on over the past few weeks and its all wrapped up in this video. Once it’s sealed and cool you can remove the rings off the jars of you want to. If they are not gonna be moved around air because if you bump them wrong it can pop the seal off. But lots of people store them with the rings off.

From what I researched you could use ground Cumin and dried ground ginger. Hope it works. Allergies suck.

With the tomatoes, Grow how tall you want them. Get rid of the side shoots. Then they have more energy for the fruit to grow. Also put a stick or something with the tomatoes so they don't fall over. I use Zep orange degreaser found at Menards or Amazon and put a full gallon in each gray water and try to leave it for a week (during summer months) and it works amazingly at cleaning the stink and particles left behind.
I have used Zep for different things and it’s a good brand.

I loved the video 😮 but I had recently caught some gar when on a fishing trip and wondering what’s your best advice on cooking them? I steamed one and it’s pretty good but I’m wondering if there’s other ways to cook them?
We like to clean them and grind the meat up, add Asian spices and sauces, egg and flour and make a paste then drop dollops into shrimp stock and make boiled fish balls with gar. Best of luck.

An excellent LIVE. In Australia we call it Rockmelon. I don't really like it. Cantaloupes range in mass from 0.5 to 5 kilograms (1 to 11 lb). Cracked tomatoes usually means too much rain, that's when it splits and then the sun comes and it heals. I usually pick the tomatoes before it rains. I haven't eaten venison in 40 years. I put salt and pepper on cantaloupe. I learned this from my paternal grandfather. Also, he saved the seeds for next year's planting. The skin went into the compost box. All fruit and vegetable scraps went into the compost box. The soil in his garden was jet black. My favorite was the lemon cucumbers he grew.
I’m gone have to try it. I hope my soul gets nice and black in the near future.
