This practice physically allows a lot of freedom of movement for the spine. There had been a lot of rain in the previous few days, so acceptance was key to having patience to wait on the weather clearing up to record today's session.

The power of mantra and in particular, Namaha is key to our yoga practice. Namaha is sometimes said as namo, namah or namaha. This means not me, not mine. Thanks for flagging in advance that today was going to be a meditation. That helped me plan my day well. I did some of my own practice with some of my own favourite poses and sequences before then moving on to the meditation. It would be helpful if you could similarly signpost when bedtime practices are coming up, assuming there are any. Cheers.

It' funny how much more noticeable it is on the filmed practices! When recording them, I think they just faded into the background....
Yes it's a lovely location and I enjoyed the sounds and seeing the women going in and out of the little hut in the background. A very calming setting.
The Indian woman dress so classily in their saris. The men in their dhotis, not so much! ;-)
A great practice, thanks Mark. I love your warrior sequence, it's one of my favourites. Good idea about using the Om Namaha to help get to sleep - I'll try that next time I can't sleep.

I love the ocean.... I sometimes look out on it and think of all the beaches I've been on and imagine jumping on a boat and visiting them all on a ridiculously long trip!

Really very intresting to watch again your video , they word you said yoga give peace it's true , here in India only some schools teaching yoga, in my school days we have yoga class weekly once, but this generation no idea , most of the peoples thay don't know the value of yoga..
