pair the dc160-4 with a dml25-4 because the dml25-4 is in the midrange section. or just go straight to a fullrange (PS65LP-4)

If I only need to replace my passenger headlight because it got cracked can I just do one side or do I need to do it to both sides just to get it all to pop out enough to get access to the housing?

Good morning I have a question the stereo shop said I need a j l audio fix or a fosgate drs1 for my 2018 Ford F-150 I have a arc audio eq being from old school I like to control the sounds He said it would sound way better if I get rid of eq What do you think?

I had this same problem.. I think what I did was made my changes, saved the file, then uploaded it back too my device.. then I powered off and then back on the bike and the alignment was there. You probably already figured this out😂😂

i have also been into car audio for 30+ years time alignment is a thing and i like it. i would never set the head unit up like that when you have a 31 band eq? i run flat on the head unit boosting you treble like that just adds distortion/make it clip according to my oscilloscope. i would turn it down and give it more power. but if you like the sound that's really all that matters.

The object is to set the alignment to recreate a stage in front of you. I suspect you've never sat in a properly tuned SQ vehicle. You are reproducing a studio recorded track that was mastered in L,R stereo. Modern technology allows the listener in a vehicle via alignment to reproduce the presence of a sound stage before them.

is time alignment set to msec? instead of inches even though it read inches on the input area? idk how it works but looks like its set to msec, idk if that'll make much of a dif either way

Awesome video! On my 2013 I can get to all the bulbs by removing the fender plastic liner in the wheel wells. But my driver's side headlight will stick on brights. So I have to hop out an pound on assembly & can see if changing back to dim. I posted on 5th Gen Ford explorer page on FB about how to fix it without having to buy a whole new assembly. & A guy commented that he had the same problem so he took the assembly out & drilled a small hole where the solenoid is at & sprayed wd40 on it an sealed the hole back up. He said that was 7 years ago & the lens doesn't stick on high beam anymore. Sooo I'm going to give that a try.

I just installed these and they are definitely an upgrade. Keep it simple plug the new lights, hit the unlock button, if they don't light up switch the connections. No need to pull out the meter. Thanks for the video

I used dc160 as well for my bedroom setup and they go as low as 30,32 hz no lie. when i show them to people, they raise the volume up hi thinking they big speaker lol keep in mind, they 60w... I never heard them in a car but I'm sure they go as low as in the house

PI SUV is (unfortunately) a little different. 3 bolts holding the cop car bumper to the side fenders. Not a pop out. And the removal is tight, behind the wheel well bezel. Some take the wheels off. But after those 3 bolts- same as your video. Bumper hangs same. Thank you for your video, cuts time in half.
