I have been playing stealth since launch day, and i have got to mention how good the 500kg bomb is for this strategy. For example, the first mission, destroying air bases can be done by a well placed 500kg. So, instead of having to fight the enemies, you can just sneak in, drop the bomb, and run. In my experience there is always a way to stealth a objective as long as your patient and creative enough. Its why i love playing like this.

I like this, I really wish they'd make a realistic version, probably never will though cuz it would take hours to scout,plan and execute the mission or else you're probably fcked. Cuz even with this its still not good enough, ie, soldiers not checking in at intervals, bullet damage, post switching, random inspections, traps, baiting, and so on lol Edit: Oh and also irl you don't get notified if a soldier sees you, he might see you, not react suspiciously and just let his buddies know to come get you on comms lol

Design wise, their vision should have been based on difficulty settings. When they spot you, they switch to binoculars to confirm identity. If you evade their eyesight they call support for confirmation. If you code it well enough you could make it so that the AI could get you confused with a friendly soldier in that area, unless both were spotted at the same time. Then they begin a search and sweep until they find you or get an all clear.

How can you find so skilled soldiers? Whoever you analyze is all s tier
