hey there! Thanks for review. I'm trying to decide between 724ce koa and 324ce full mahagony (not builders edition). Mainly I aim to play fingerstyle (compositions i.e. interstellar, last of us, game of thrones etc...) and secondly rock like SOAD. But no any kind of Jazz, country, blues etc at all. Maybe you tried also 324 and could tell me few words in comparison and what would fit better? :) thanks

I just finished the book Life Span from David Sinclair and he advocates plant based diet with some fish. But you also talk about the use of collagen supplements, which I use often. The question can you use collagen supplements and still get the benefits of being a vegan. Does using collagen raise your mTOR and prevent the restorative affects from happening in your cells?
