@Sunderland1963 I have a 2023 model performance made in the Freemont California plant. Yes, I had the 21" uberturbine wheels. I just replaced them with custom forged wheels. I was wondering if your wheel size was setup correctly in the menu settings in the screen, but it looks as if it is correct. So, something must be different, either battery, motors, or potentially programming is different. I have seen low 250 Wh/mile but it is rare. With over 8,000 miles, I have tried chill modes and sport and often find better efficiency when using Sport mode; that is, if I drive it slow. I have gained a bit more efficiency with my aftermarket forged wheels. Your MYP is getting about as good efficiency as a Model 3 Performance or long range model.

@@mickyd3 -My car is a 2024 made in China 🇨🇳 and it is more efficient than my 2022 Model Y Long Range that was also made in China. The other main point is it’s a lot smoother ride than my old car as well. I think they have done something to the suspension. All my tests Ive done were done in Sport mode and not Chill. If you check out my video 100% down to 0% the results will surprise you

@@808xcountry5 - I have wide feet also I went for a size 11 when I tried them on but found them to be too big so went for my normal size 10. They are like wearing slippers and I had no issues with blisters etc 👍

😂😂- We are all different and sometimes little things irritate you especially when you have just cleaned your car all day. Regarding living in the UK, even though it has its problems I can think of a hell of a lot more countries where it is more “Sad” to live.

​@@Sunderland1963 sad as in the weather. i like to keep my car polished and clean but even Australia is unbearably rainy so there's literally zero point in doing any of that in winter since you spend all that time just for it to get dirty and caked in dirt the literal next day. mind you this is without the whole problem of snow making things arguably even worse so i cant exactly imagine how in the grand scheme of things you are worried about fingerprints when you live in England. unless of course your daily hobby consists of cleaning the car well by all means complain away. i even looked at your weather report 3 days of rain in a week in summer 💀 good luck. i guess you could explain all of this with the new car keeping it clean all the time unrealistic delusion many of us put ourselves into and then soon forget.

@@mgornas Thanks for your comment much appreciated. No ceramic coating was applied when this was video was made. White and silver both don’t show scratches and swirl marks so either one will be a good choice. I wanted to be a bit different and have no regrets about the colour choice I made. Get lots of great comments when people see the car in real life 👍

Carbon pattern in Gloss and Matte ,then the 3rd option which I went for was the Matte as it matches the wheels perfect 👍

@@DaveyBlair I’m not sure as I asked the guy not to go daft and just blend it in. It’s a lot lighter than the factory tint at the back. Sorry I can’t be any more helpful

@@ronwilliams4490 Hi Ron - it’s a carbon wrap that I got done at Essex Tints. However if not local to you, you can get it done at most local Tinters. The sides, Dashboard and centre consul cost me £130.00 in total.

@@Sunderland1963 thanks. So the wrap is directly over the fake wood? I’ve seen a bunch of companies offering carbon pieces that fit on top but yours looks much more flush and OEM. Did you purchase the wrap and have them do the install? If so, I’d like to know what product. Thanks again

Yeah the wrap has been placed directly over the wood grain. He had so many different variations but I choose the carbon wrap in matte. The process was very easy and took around 30 mins to complete. I didn’t want the variations you spoke about as I was wary of the standard of fitting and most of them come in a 2 piece dash fitting which put me off. I would recommend you take the car to a local outlet and get them to show you the different wraps they have and ask their advice. You can even show them the video of mine to help. I’ve had the wrap in the car since may this year and unless I told you it was a wrap you would never know as it looks part of the car from the production line it’s that good 👍

I haven't done any mods yet, execpt ordered the rim protectors that you recommended. I love what you've done with yours and will be looking to some of the same.
