be patient with yourself dude
How do you talk to yourself? How does your inner voice sound? Give yourself some patience. You don't have to be perfect, just try to be the best version of yourself, while being understanding.

Should you have B-ADJ On or Off? - TradingView
Usually we skip videos with low amount of views right? And I don’t remember me leaving comments at all. But Mik, I don’t regret watching the video and I wish you a lot of strength. You’re a great father! Your content is real, keep going
Thank you my friend :) I appreciate your positivity
I’m in a period of my life where I am learning balance. Yes I have to be hard on myself to keep my self on track but also have some grace for myself too
100% balance is what we all need. Good luck to you my friend. I hope you’re able to make it happen
Thanks for sharing this man. Hope you're doing great
Doing much better since I posted this video :) thanks for the love my friend!
Excellent video brother. Spot on.
Thank you brother!
Hey, you don't know me but I hope you do well. This just showed up in my feed and I want to say what you're doing sounds amazing and I hope this self reflection helps to remind you where you came from in life later once things are even better. It sounds like your child is going to have a great dad.
Thank you my friend :) I really appreciate your positivity
Wishing the best for you and your family welcoming in your new son. The fact that you're even doing this means you're on your path to be the best father figure you can be. Also I know it's not the sole focus, but pretty awesome job on the editing with this one!
Thank you my friend. Trying to make this more of a creative endeavor, so that I can enjoy making this stuff. The trading content is pretty “soulless”
Glad you're acknowledging it. Honestly like you said, the best you can do is self-reflect. Not everything will be perfect, nor is it guaranteed to be even great or good. A good quote is "Nothing is either good or bad, only what you think it is." Moreover, many congratulations to Mik jr.!
Thank you brother, transparency is tough sometimes, but that reflection and self awareness can keep us alive at times
Congrats on your son! This video is solid proof that you will be a great father. Doubts, negativity will always come and go. It’s super hard, regardless of the situation, it will always be this difficult to an individual subjective to their situation. But you explaining this shows that you are aware and are growing in the right direction.
Thank you my friend, I appreciate your positivity:)
You think this is bad, imagine the discipline it takes to be a pro poker player and never show any tells or weakness.
Yeah no kidding
In 1 year, i lost over 10k euro, there were times when i was up 30-50k, but instead cashing, i was like-OK, IM GOD, i KNOW EVERYTHING, time to hit that 1mln, and next day i was with 60 euro on my account, every single time i can't stop fucking around. But i will never ever give up, i feel like i always belonged here, ofc there are times when i think about just giving up, and then i think : Do u really want to work for 55% of salary that was took by goverment? Do u want to go to this shitty job everyday, and fucking regret, u didn't tried seriously. I started trading in 2018, i lost like 30% of my salary, and it was so painful so fucking stupid, i remember that i felt like shit, i was too young, i expected that i will be a good trader, because it's easy, u sell or buy, nothing easier, yeah, young stupidity. I queitted right after i lost everything, for 5 years. But it kind of never came out of my head, at least once per month i was thinking about going back, i came with conclusion, that now im much older, i will be better, i actually felt a lot of pain for past 2 years, so maybe i wont feel anything rn. And now there are different things in my head. First-When i was losing 3 months ago, i wassteel feeling pain not that big as in 2018, but not really giving up, but i had a bad way of thinking that i will trade better if i will have bigger balance, so when i lost 70% of my account, or 90%, instead of resetting my mind, and trying to fight with this balance, i was adding cash. This is not the case! Last week, i did from 43 eur and 54 fucking cents, fucking 4k, 1 week. That was the best week ever, i was like really proud of myself. Ofc i started thinking that i will never make mistakes again, good times, since i had 50 perfect trades in a row, and then i gone all in, and yeah, here we are, i have 331 euro on my account(im trying to s eurjpy, maybe i will switch tomorow for nasdaq, also with s). Second important thing that changed over last 2 months is, i don't give a f about money. Actually when i saw how much i lost, i freezed for a second, i had a little conversartion with myself about what could i spended this amount of money on, and i insta changed direction of this feelings: "What, 10k, are u crying about 10k, do u think it will be easy, do u think after 1 year, market will magically give u everything? Some people waited 20 fucking years to progress and earn a lot, and now after 1 year will u regret that u took a fight and u lost? Do u really wanna back to your normal useless, pointless life?", and then i realized, that i am serious and actually i am much stronger, and maybe because of that, in last 2 months i progressed like 50 lvls with my emotions in 1 run, i trade every single day rn, EVERY SINGLE DAY, to fight with my emotions, and to beat them, and i feel, every single day i behave much better. OFC, money management is the most important thing! Firsr-Pay for your apartement, for internet connection, for food, pay all your bills, and instead spending money on something not important, like sweets or tabacco, spend THAT money on market, so even if u loose and u will feel pain, at least u won't live under the bridge. It must be a fight, but never go all in expecting market will give u everything u want, because u have bills to pay. Actually, it always works uno reverse. The more u want and NEED money from market, the more u will loose. U can't feel pressure, that if u wont earn 1k, u will have ni tommorow or something like this. For me the hardest part rn is recognizing when i should go all in, and when i shouldn't. I give example from friday. I knew nasdaq will fall down a little bit, because i had info Jane street will be selling, so i came with full depo, but when i saw how much money i had in the pocket already, i chickened out, when it was actually not that much down. So i tried to go all in again, but then market came a little up, and i was afraid, so i was buying, expecting its over, and then they came a little bit more down. So i have problems with holding good positions and just waiting. I tell myself every single time: if i earned good money, lets just close all transactions, and stop for today. But my voices are telling me to fight, even when the fight is not really needed at the moment. So from 700%, i ended with 250% on +. And today i lost it all, because i didn't had time to look at the market, i woke up at 1am(Central european time) to see what japan will do, and around 8am i kind of saw that nasdaq will be falling as on friday, so i came with s, but i only checked trade around 11/12, and actually i had a lot of work today, so i should use TP and quit or maybe for today i should just stay out of the market, becasue yeah, nasdaq felt pretty good, but at 4pm i was shocked, and frustrated. And the best part is, i even fucking drew a line up for todays market for nasdaq, i do it every single time, for testing my predictions( i dont use technical analysis, i use price analysis, and fundamental), i do it on every single pair, index, and i believed yesterday, that they will gamma squeeze shorts from friday, go up a little bit, so street will buy, and the day after they will squeeze everyone. And usually on monday there is no much movement, at least as much as on next day. So today was perfect day just to relax in my job, not thinking about market. But i can't, i am addicted like hell rn. I am feeling that the more pain i will feel, the more fun i will have, when i wil finally understand what's wrong with me. I will never ever give up. I see u are trading still, that's the spirit. Even if u loose, be produ of yourself. At least you get up from the floor, brush yourself off, and fight again. These pussies laughing about someone who is fighting the best he can, are the worst skinwalkers in the world. "u should do this, or this", yeah, and they don't even have real account just fiucking demo for 3 years straight. NEVER SURRENDER. 1 thing, i was realy bad at hard games, but last year i finally beated Sekiro, and that was the moment that changed my my thinking about myself. I was always thinking that i am useless, that i never even wanted to be born, because i cannot achieve anything, and my life is shit. But at the moment of beating fucking video game, i felt finally something, i never ever had. Thank you From Software, u created a monster. I just need a right moment. I need to focus, and become a emotioneless, pragmatic monster. Why this post is so long? Im sorry. TL:DR: i felt like shit, but now i feel better, and i am losing money on market, but i still fight, and i will never give up.
Much Love ❤
Love it Mik, very real and open, that is a huge example to set for your son too. Being able to share the parts of ourselves that we often keep hidden
I appreciate you brother!
Know how you feel, stay strong and try to get away from this
Thank you my friend! I appreciate the oositivity
Drawdown brother. Trade as you normally would and embrace the suck. If winning feels different to losing you aren’t there yet. God bless❤
I appreciate the positivity brother!
Harsh reality of any type of trading, in order for some to gain, many have to lose
Oh yeah for sure
gambling.
I’m all in bruh
@themikwebber i just burned 15k euro. I switched from BTC into SUI/USDT pair. I used to follow the cvd, Market cipher B and all its tools, i made 5k in a few days and it was the weekend again and I just started to enter trades like crazy. And burned account. Didn't use stop loss , shit. 5k from 10k in 3 days. I would never ever start trading under a 10k account. You need one good trade and you are at 20k. But with 1k or 2k with normal leverage like 5-10k , you need many good trades as far as i see it
Tries to take it easy. Cramps up. lol
I salute you sir. Just hang in there. With the level of bravery and honesty you have, i strongly believe you will achieve your goals in trading.
I appreciate your positivity my friend. It means alot
A bit of advice to you newer traders. Focus on trading like an institution would. Small increments with size. Use higher time frames. 1 or 4 hour. Set a target and a stop and walk away. Here’s another tip, stop trying to get 2:1. Go for 1:1 or negative 2:1. I trade 4 hr candles and I only trade the 9 and 1 o’clock candles. I use negative 2:1 with a target of 5 and stop of 10 points. I only trade once per candle or twice if it reverses direction to an entry. Try using price levels for entry points as those give clear support and resistance that are easy to see. Cut your time down trading as much as possible. The longer you trade the higher your chances of losing. 10 points if your trading futures is all you need and walk away. Chasing the move is where you get in trouble.
Very true!
My man i feel you. Sadly i have to tell you that you’re only in the beginning…
Yeah this was very early in the process
I’m down 200k in my lifetime. Don’t get started. Just put your money into index fund and don’t look at it.
Woah that’s rough…. I am also invested in index funds! I made sure to start there first
It must be on. Just compare price action and the moves off of back adjusted makes much more sense. REAL TA works on back adjusted.
For sure!
green is green
True. Stop being so wise!
Trust in the trades takes time! You'll get 'em next time.
Thank you my friend!
sheesh
Discipline? There’s no discipline in gambling bub
I got the discipline to go all in every hand bub
Let's go! Nice move! Best of luck with the MFF, hope this is a good firm for ya.
Still got the Topstep account, just thought the MFF accounts have pretty favorable rules
keep your head up mate
Thanks mate
Oopsies
Lol gotta love the tech fumbles. Sucks, BUT, those issues are a lot easier to remedy than the plethora of others in this game :D.
@@Thefirstshimita very true lol, i started an eval trading on Tradingview, and still learning their order imput stuff lol
“I woke up to a win” 💥 🔥💥
I love that feeling lol
I’m not sure 25 points is a scalp. Probably why your confidence is low.
You think that’s too big to be a scalp?
@@themikwebber for NQ - yes. 5-10 points, just my opinion.
asuh
Who are you trading with?
Wow the first person I have seen on RUclips apart from me who use Tori's strategy
Yup! Not sure effectively I use it but it’s in my playbook lol
Try swimming, harder cardio than running, and easier on the joints
Don’t have access to a pool unfortunately. And have limited time. I used to swim all the time and it was great
I feel this right here. It’s a constant struggle. More power to you
Yeah it is, I appreciate you!
ive cut my screen time in half since i "locked up" my phone....still trying to improve more
A lot of works and knowledge from you. Millions thanks After your explain, I think i need to do some work for it and for your affort. I have tested Index: ES1! from CME with major CFDs US500. Currency: DXY ICEUS futures with TVC(TradingView) DXY. Tried both B-ADJ ON and OFF. For historical levels and support/resistance only. Result: B-ADJ ON is absolutely no match at all. B-ADJ Off, some major levels are matched and still some levels before and after every contracts are slightly different but much better than B-ADJ ON. Still not perfect. I think It's so so damn important to find a ok solution. Especially when you look at DXY non-stop skyrocketing, all of trader really need to find the right & accurate Highs and resisstance levels. Is there any official futures chart from major exchanges or brokers? Can share your better solutions?
It's never too late. I;m more fit now than I have ever been in my 40s. Last 5 years I've been doing trail running. Many hills in the forest and parks here. My last run clocked myself 56 minutes. 6 miles. Do weights too. For 5 rep sets I got my squat up to 240, deadlift 285, 100 with the shoulder press. I tell everyone bringing the gym to your house, garage or even backyard is a game changer. All you need is a squat rack. Even when you're busy working 14 hour days (like I did during the summer) you can get that workout in.
That’s amazing! I hope I can be that fit when I’m in my 40s
7 weeks in to 5k training, it's improving my life
That’s awesome, I trained for about 2 months before entering my most recent one, it was a slow 5k but I felt great afterward, no soreness or any issues.
I jog, can't call it running cos I'm too slow 😂, about 4 or 5 mornings a week. I'm agoraphobic so I go at 7am when no-one around. I used to walk and jog on a treadmill bc I was completely housebound. In the last 2 mths I started outside. I live in Ireland so the weather can be different every morning. I'll never go bk to treadmill. The feeling of jogging in the wind and rain is exhilarating. I love it. Running is essential f you have anxiety or depression. It's just as important at diet. I wish I did this before I started taking the meds docs give you. I need to run now. I feel stressed if I don't do it for a few days
That’s pretty much what I do is jog. But sounds like you’re doing what needs to be done! That’s great!
Good take. I’ve been trying to discipline myself into going 14 days at a time, working out at least two out of three days through that whole period. Cardio and weights. Same concept, man. When you don’t stick to it, you’re half the man you could be. When you stick to it, you feel invincible.
I appreciate the positivity my friend. I try to take it one day at a time, and try to give myself patience, and understand it’s about the long game.
I'll take this as a sign to start incorporating running into my exercise routine today. I'd like for you, sir to take this comment as a sign to begin resistance training as soon as you feel ready. Even if you start with just bodyweight excersises/calisthenics. Gaining a good amount of muscle will also help you run more efficiently. Thanks, friend.
You got a deal brother!
What type of running? Sprinting or long distance?
Very slow distance running. I started at a very slow jogging pace, and only ran for a half mile at a time to start. Now I can run much longer, but still at a slow pace
Good you didn't wait as long as I did. During COVID I went to the gym and did group training and a membership. I was 47 years old and now 50. Can still sprint and run like the wind. I don't think anyone would of believed me when I said I will be faster than I ever was but it's incredible. Boxing and everything lol not professionally but still doing it on the bag
well i hope to be as in shape as you when im your age! keep killing it brother!
I’m 3 years into this and feel close to breakthrough but still having too many days like that. It IS BRUTAL on the emotions l. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Hitting the heights of frustration then beating myself up to wanting to give up. Glad I subscribed to you and to be on this journey together mate
I appreciate your positivity! It’s not easy at all but hopefully we will make it happen
Really glad it's working out for you, man! Awesome to see it making such big and positive changes in your life. Your mental state is one of the most important parts of your body to take care of, and running does both.
i appreciate you my friend. your advice to set a goal is what made this happen lol
I have mixed feelings about running. I used to be the best cross country runner in my high school. I was very thin and all that but then I developed severe hypertension out of nowhere. I have researched this pretty deeply and have discovered that some doctors warn against long distance running. I mostly just walk nowadays and climb trees, lol.
sure, theres alot of questions around long term running, but i guess the main point is you're staying active my friend!
Started running a couple months ago - still working on consistency. I go to the gym every day after work and try to get a run in every time on the treadmill and the occasional run in my neighborhood. It’s definitely changed my physical fitness and mental toughness in general. Still at the beginning though. It’s been a couple days, I need to get out and do it again.
That’s awesome, I still feel like I’m at the beginning too. Been formally running for about 3 going on 4 months, 3-5 times per week. Really amazing stuff
Love it! Thanks for the extra motivation on this dark morning
Glad I could be of service my friend :)
Probably so but when you get older plan on knee replacements lol Ive seen it over and over from runners. Blessings!
lol I’m gonna drive it till the wheels fall off ;)
There was a study a while back where they tracked the long-term joint health of runners. In this study they broke runners into three groups those with good form, those with okay form and those with poor form. If you focus on participants in the study that had mileages of less than 25 miles per week, the people with good form had pristine joints and evidence of rapid cartilage regeneration, The people with okay form were just kind of breaking even, and the people with poor form were losing ground. The moral of the story is, run with good form and moderate mileages are no problem.
Love me some good data
