Good luck on that TJ. When I look at something like that all I can see is a dog endlessly chasing its tail. Except you will be endlessly chasing rust. However, I do like to see those kept on the road if possible so good on you. I just did a complete frame off on my Uncle's YJ. It was like that and I told him "if you want this fixed we are going to tear it completely apart first". Rebuilt the frame from one end to the other. Rebuilt the tub with all new panels and braces. Coated, protected, and painted everything and then put it all back together. Took us a year and a half but it was worth it in the end. He is 83 years old.

you need to supply fresh air where flame is, not way down. since wicks are sitting in the pan below the edge of the pan fresh air/ oxygen has hard time going over the edge of the pan and dropping down to the flame. with active thermal circuit already actively pulling air through the chimney new fresh air are likely to go up and up and into the pipe than up and then down to the flame. as an option you could try to use some of the fan airflow to push some air into the burn chamber. not a lot, start small since it's actively not passively aspirated system at that point. additionally you might want to draw fresh air supply for the burn from outside instead of inside the camper, especially if you are planning on sleeping in it. relatively small volume of the camper, you and stove both consuming oxygen - might be get a bit depleted after few hours, unless your camper has fresh air intake to continuously replenish with fresh air from outside. it wouldn't hurt to have a carbon monoxide detector in the camper as well just in case something goes wrong with the heat source.

How long does the crisco candle last?

Never heard of a crisco stove but hey it seems to work! I’d take the heater outside and start a wood fire in there to get the paint baked in. At first I thought you were making a mini wood stove which would be cool but never last long enough to be effective

Ive heard alot of bad about mile marker but they have been in my 44 for a few years with no troubles... in fact I bought a spare set just in case and they still new in the box..

I hope those new hubs do the trick for you. I went with drive slugs for my dana 60 as my jeep only goes from trailer to trail and back to trailer. I just didn't want to deal with any selectable hubs lock issues. That does look like a nice wheelin' spot you found.
