    Its about time you do this upgrade Rob. Consider yourself lucky with with the Dana 60 you got....the 05 that I got has a lot more crap to cut off then what you had. I am happy for you. This should give you some more piece of mind out on the trails.

      Yeah.... We are using an 05+ on the KK build. It will be nice to actually be able to send it.

    Plasma cutters really do change the way metal work happens in a small shop for sure. I use mine way more than I even expected when I got it.

      @@garrettprater4204 I used stock Superduty stuff initially, but quickly destroyed that. I then built a better tie rod in the factory location.

    What springs are you using on the front axle?

      @@ronhampton I think they were 2" lift squarebody Chevy springs with one leaf removed. Allow me to emphasize WERE. I built a proper 3 link now with more ADS nitro shocks. The leaf springs worked ok, but they were certainly temporary
