Jeez Vexed Viewer was right as he said the writing in RWBY has always been bad. How this fanfiction lasted 9 Volumes is astounding XD! Monty was an animator! And it shows how bad he was at writing anything. Back in the day even his friends told him to not do plots in the episodes but he didnt listen and we kept getting his crappy writing over Volumes 1 through 3.

I think the fact there was SUCH a drastic decrease in quality speaks to the claims the corporation screwed them over. This anime was purely about the visuals and the first episode executed it perfect imo. Seems like the show went though some intense development hell before finally being able to to released
