Okay hear me out. Roger has a power where he can basically be everywhere at once, but each individual person can only observe one version of him at a time. That’s why the bit with Francine where he gets tired when she keeps turning around happens. So if a new version of Roger enters the scene, you can’t perceive the other one at the same time. Roger’s personas are all alternate personalities and the only ones that know each other are the ones who have an actual reason to have met. But at any given moment Roger can be in many places at once as long as no one person is seeing two of him at any time.
