@@MsJkml Hello @MsJKml In the video, I discuss how to create passive income by putting your ebook on Amazon KDP. It wasn’t meant to show how to write or outline poems. That’s definitely a whole other type video! I’m sorry you feel that this one didn’t match the title. In the near future, I’ll do a video that discusses how to prepare your poems to go on KDP.
🤔So wait amazon will print the book for you and just charge you per sell?

Will people really pay $15 for a chapbook of poetry?
I will say that if you are a new author publishing your first chapbook, you'll want to price it lower than $15. Chapbooks generally are much lower than that. That would be the price of a full-length poetry book.

Thank you for sharing your information, I submitted one of my poems to magazine and they charged me, didn't get paid for it , it was a $25 fee to publish, I will check into the companies, thank you ❤😊.
Darlene, Yes, there are many that will charge you to publish your work. I would encourage you to publish your own chapbook! It can be as little as 10 pages; you can sell it on Amazon or your own website.

Hello there! Firstly, congratulations on your poetry book. Go to www.copyright.gov which is the US Copyright Office and you can copyright your book there online. The standard application is $65. You'll upload a copy of the manuscript, along with payment. You'll receive the certificate in the mail in about two weeks.

How many pages should a poem book have?
Hello! There are no set amount of pages that a poetry book should have. However, I would say that anything less than 50 pages can be considered a chapbook. And chapbooks can be as little as 10 pages. This is a quick way to get your work published.

Yes, you can. Once you complete the registration online, it’s a done deal. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to get the physical certificate.

Had an poem published around 1996-98...an ex girlfriend submitted something I had done for her into a contest...10th out of nearly 100,000... recently got back into it...I think I've recently outdone myself lol...how does one go about avoiding scams plagiarism.?
Glad to hear that you are back into it! Can you expand on what you mean by avoiding plagiarism scams? If you're speaking about how to avoid someone plagiarizing your work, the best thing is copyright your work before sharing it on socials or any other platform. You can do a single poem or a group of poems, outside of an entire book, with the copyright office. That way you're protected and can take legal action against anyone that steals your work. Let me know if you have other questions or concerns!

Yes. Those printing costs are worked in that you pay.
