Good day po sir! Thank you
Sir ask lng what if CE graduate, pede ba mag apply jan?
Pwede po ba kahit may idad na magka work as programmer? 48, 50+. Gusto ko react native. Para dito sa pharmacy ng friend ko.
Love the vlog Sir. I want to career shift also. Thank you for sharing.
are you still avtive po?
I feel motivated po... Nakapagtake exam po sa accenture but unfortunately di nakapasa ... Pero nong napanood ko itong vid.. Na motivate ako mag try ulit... I know na i am taking the risk... Pero why not diba hahaha.. Thank you kuya 😍😍😍
Hi Sir, im a network engineer and magka batch tayo, napapaisip ako minsan na mag switch from network to software, is it worth it to switch pa kaya? Haysss
lowball company
This is a powerful insight, ako naman very multipassionate pero yes andami ko napapnsin na ayaw also as a fresh grad board passer ECE thank you po! Di ko po alam din ano hilig ko ih hihi
Hi, Good day! 9 to 3pm yung time. Sabi ko sa front desk if I can take my lunch kasi wala silang free coffee man lang. Wala paki yung front desk. Subrang unprofessional. Di man lang nila bina value ang time ng applicant. Piro sabi nag interview sakin sa final good luck for your last process pag dating ko sa front desk di daw ako naka pasa.
Ayos, Hopefully I get hired as Java Developer I career shifted though I already have an experience in Full Stack Development in Java both Backend-Frontend and Data.
Ano pong gingawa ng software engineer?
sir thank you for sharing your inspiring story. pwede po malaman ang bootcamp nila at ano po ang inaral nila na courses? salamt po
Thank you, Sir. I just applied yesterday as Associate Software Engineer with no background experience or not related to my field of study. Unfortunately, they don't accept applicants with no background so they recommend me to apply as Service Desk. I passed my assessment and I was able to reach sa final interview. I remember the hiring manager asked me "What's your plan 5 years from now?", so I said to him that I am aiming to work as a Software Engineer. Right after he told me that I can do that and trainings are always available. I'm hoping that I can get the JO and sa mga kagaya ko na walang experience or ZERO knowledge tlga sa IT Industry, be POSITIVE lng. Someday I will look back to this comment and may it remind me that I DID IT!
Hello po, fresh graduate po ako, and gusto ko rin mag apply as Software Engineering Associate sa Accenture. kumusta po yung application niyo? I hope you got it po.
Good day sir I'm previously work in accenture 3 month lang po workday hcm core yun na bootcamp unfortunately I didn'y pass tapos parnag di na ata.pde maka apply kasi naka tag as not applicable for rwhire sayang naman po sana pde pa po after 2 yrs
Graduate of allied med course, please advise kun ano dapat gawin? Gusto ko maging software dev.
Bootcamp. Dito sa pinas ang pinaka kilala is Uplift, Zuit and Avion. May free namn online like freecodecamp. Mas ok if may mentor ka na friend or kakilala. Goodluck
@@randomsht-gw1fy Pretty sure you still need to have a CS related degree to get jobs like that and mostly experience
Thanks for sharing idol, namotivate ako lalo. May I know ano po mga ginawa niyo para mag-aral ulit ng programming before kayo napunta sa accenture?
How to apply po fresh graduate
how about php?
meron din kaya mga company naghihire para mga no expi within pampanga?
Hindi ako naka attend sa interview ko kaya ayon, no longer under consideration yung status ng application ko
Unfortunately for me, I was deployed in a team that wasn't helpful. I tried to stay but didn't work out.
In a similar situation at a different company, my teammates were willing to help, but since we each had our own tasks, they didn't fully understand what I was working on. Additionally, my manager did not answer my questions.
@@liarams7485 it was still a great thing to know that they were willing to help. My senior just ridiculously told me to use google whenever I ask help from her. She even gave feedback that if she can't answer my question then I should ask another senior from a different team. No wonder she never exerted effort to help me because she was expecting me to ask help from another team 😅
Tsaka sempre accenture yan eh always on the top.
Mag-aral while working sa kanila.
It was a shit experience
Hi , skl.
They're no longer the best one😢 their talent acquisition specialist sucks

Around 25-28k
Ask lng po if tumatanggap sila ng part time junior dev.? Na graveyard yung sched?
Anong monitor name mo sir?
Thank you po engr!!!
Hahahahhahaha relateeeeeeeeeeee sa almost lahat ng aspect. Inspiring 🙏
Hello! What laptop do you use and what laptop can you recommend for a CS student po?
Accenture or S.P Madrid?
5 months!!!! Grabe ang tagal nun but I'm glad you got into tech 😁
My advise to people planning to apply in accenture as an ex-employee is that you stay away from this company. Most of the projects in accenture has ungodly hours and/or unreasonable demands. If you a career shifter, accenture will always hire non-tech people as they constantly exploit them since they are easily gaslighted compared to people who know the inner working of a technical/software development job. Bootcamp for new hires are not effective as they will assign you to a project that doesn't use what you have learned in bootcamp and expect them to perform as if they received the training. If you really want to be in this cesspool of a company, enter with caution and be prepared to be locked in as they put people in a bond (back then it was two years, but now they trick you with sign-in bonuses with a bond of a year).
This company just acquired where I work, and I was wondering if they also have you monitored where you can't move from the screen till you get a break etc?
@@yanettlopez6128 i don't know if they have monitoring software in place. But I won't be surprised if they put one since their laptops are very slow due to the plethora of background software installed in every machine.
this is so true. I was so impressed with the ATAS training because the facilitators were all experienced facilitators for so many years but the BOOTCAMP was nothing but a disappointment. Bootcamp facilitator job is just assigned to any ATCP employee who would be willing to do it. Even without facilitating/teaching experience. This is a good opportunity for the facilitators to experience facilitating a class but the downside falls on the students. Because they are inexperienced, teaching styles aren't effective. Then after surviving the super nakakaantok bootcamp with the boring and robotic facilitators, here comes the deployment sa project. Tompak din sinabi mo. Things that you learned from the bootcamp is highly useless upon deployment sa project kasi ibang process and tools ang ginagamit. And the unmotivating part is everyone in the team are expecting that you already know what to do. My role was a Quality tester and during bootcamp manual testscript lang itinuro. Tapos upon regularization e require ka manghingi ng feedback sa teammates mo then mindblowing masyado yung feedback kasi ipapa feel sayo na you didn't do a good job. Its been a decade since I started working from my 1st company to the last employer pero sa ACN ko lang naranasan yung ganon na feedback. Ang worst pa, hindi harmonious naging relationship ko with the senior tester sa team ko. Pag nag ask ako or nagpapa help, halos 1 word lang reply then sasabihan ako na magpa help Senior tester sa cebu team pero ibang project (I am from Cebu but I was deployed in a Manila team) kaya super nahirapan ako mag adjust or sasabihin minsan "e google mo". I wanted to report her pero nakonsensya ako kasi alam ko if I report her, magkakaroon ng gap between us at baka maapektuhan performance nya. I tried my best to stay until eventually, I decided to leave the company nalang kasi it was putting so much stress sa health ko. I am a cancer patient even before I worked in ACN tapos nung na deploy ako sa project, my health began to deteriorate to the point that I was diagnosed with severe anemia and my weight had been dropping for 3kg every month (para sa mga nag diet, sa inyo na katawan ko). I love the salary and benefits of this company pero feeling ko ma shutay ako ng early dyan kaya goodbye ACN 😅
@@yanettlopez6128in my team, we don't have time tracker and we work from home. So, we could do our breaks whenever we want. We are just required to be in the office for once a week.
As an experienced developer, I started my journey with ACN, beginning as a CL10 with more than 5 years of experience, and I am now a CL9. I’ve been working in this field for over 7 years, and I understand that some colleagues still find certain challenges difficult to navigate. I am a self-taught developer (came from Fine Arts - major in Advertising Arts), having started my learning journey back in 2012. I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced. I’d like to share my perspective and experiences, which I believe can vary depending on the project you’re assigned to. So far, I haven’t encountered the issues you mentioned. Currently, I’m working on an AU project that was acquired by a US company two years ago. In my case, I haven’t experienced significant problems with work-related tasks. While there are moments when we lack manpower, these situations are usually manageable through various solutions. From my perspective, having strong leads and managers is essential for a team’s success. They play a vital role in negotiating with clients, adjusting deadlines, and managing challenging goals effectively. Additionally, leads and managers regularly check on task progress, addressing issues, concerns, and problems raised by developers. This transparent and direct approach, in my opinion, is how things should be handled to foster a productive and supportive work environment.
True yan some managers power tripping and some HR doesn't even care 🙄
Hello Sir! You got yourself a subscriber and I'm glad nakita ko yung channel mo. Any tips kung saan po ikaw nag learn nga mga topics like html, css, and javascript T or saan ka po nag bootcamp? thank you po.
I strongly advise you TO NOT JOIN A CODING BOOTCAMP! Which is mostly a scam especially in the Philippines. Learning HTML, CSS, and Javascript is easy enough even if you study on your own with a variety of free online resources. and you should really just Google everything you want to know to see if you're doing the right thing.
Nice one! Thats correct, I love Accenture however I need to leave the company because of the stupid manger.
Isipin mo nalang yung Bench is like a literal chair. uupo ka sa chair then mag take ng trainings (para sakin mas draining toh hahaha)
@@hilaryhailey9163 ano pong positio mo? and bakit walang interview?
