The only major issue is, in the mainline story, the Brotherhood HAS to be destroyed in order for the story to progress. If Mr. House did win, his ending being canon wether you have good karma or bad, means the Mojave Brotherhood of Steel is destroyed. The Remnants appear at Hoover Dam for one last ride, in some slides its said that it reminds the Mojave Wasteland of why they feared Vertibirds. Unless the Radical East Coast Brotherhood showed up after the Second Battle at Hoover Dam and theres absolutely no way they knew who or what destroyed the Mojave Chapter they'd be in the dark about what happened. Especially since its revealed that until you progress to the point in the mainline story no one knows where the Brotherhood chapter is, only when you get to the point where they need to be dealt with do your respective factions reveal they have an idea though for the most part unconfirmed. Mr. House knows they are there and promptly sends you to terminate then. Unless you usurp Mr. House, which makes his ending not canon, then theres no way the Brotherhood would continue in New Vegas. You cant spare them because unlike Lyon's Pride, this Chapter is sticking to their doctrine rather than adapting, it makes them zealous and cult-like. Though i much prefer that over the Overzealous and outright Cult personality of the East Coast Chapters under Maxum.

Theory the Enclave defeated Vegas. They did it from the shadows. All the dead deathclaws dead on the strip and a breached outer wall. In the show we saw Enclave "Behavioural Engineering" labs and they have used Deathclaws as weapons before. The Enclave use signals to draw the deatnclaws in and the Enclave breach the walls with explosives lettng them pour in The Securitrons and NCR try to fight them off. Enclave strike when Vegas and the Mojave was weak recovering from the war. The Enclave knock out a rival. Perfect moment to strike, NCR weakened, Legion retreating, BoS a shadow of their former selves Vegas rebuilding.

Also recently I came to the realistion that the core reason why Fallout's pre war US was going to go down one way or anthor regardless of the great war or how different tghe pre war world was from today. Is the Enclave by the time of the great war having total control over the US govermnt albeit secretly with hint only us viewing in can see like all the figure head gargols in Washtinton DC... Outside of very few people who only found out the year of the great war... Which could be the reason for why with all the tech most importantly all the aerospace tech the US was able to be as devastated by Chinas nukes... The enclave or what it was that preceeed it was responsible for the downfall of Fallout's US... Like all the things you think of how Fallout's US was failing wasx because the enclave eteheir allowed it or tamerted with it... LIke number 1 Fallouts US had pretty good redulations they by the time of the graert war were not being enfornced alike at all despite seeing everyone wanting them to... But the enclave. So the NCR rising from the ashes of the US and curing the cancer that was it's downfall being totally deaafeting the enclave in it';s region... Just to lose to this upstart wannabe enclave who is benevolent but still... Must hurt like nothing else.

Honestly this fits fallout as much as it's opsitt theory... Houses plan did not survive contect with the wasteland... And it's really down to what theme do you like Fallout the most for... War never changes or power always wins. As to the character of Mr. house him always winning fits him the most but him losing this once fits Fallout the most... Which thinking about it both can be true with no conflict... As Mr. is the type of guy able to make what looks like his most outstanding failure all apart of the plan... Very few characters in media and people IRL have this ability... The most well known being Palpatine/ The emprorer from star wars.

The credits of the last episode of the fallout show pans through the city of new Vegas and from what I remember it looked destroyed. I’m imagining if they are gonna do a canon ending it’s probably gonna be the wild card yes man ending. It makes the most sense and it gives the writers room to work, by not setting up any hard variables concerning the ultimate fate of the factions. Plus if I recall there’s also a voice line indicating that yes man going off line to update his personality led to a situation on the strip that was untenable. It’s likely that the shows version of the courier could have cared less about the on going issues around the Mojave (side quests) and never addressed them. This back log of issues would eventually boil over and result in a a situation in which both factions (depending on who won the battle) would have had to abandon the Mojave for a time.

Considering the times we live in, it makes sense for Amazon to canonize a business magnate saving mankind from nuclear war.

It has to be House. NCR is worn out. Hell, the Brotherhood is, too, but New Vegas was supposed to have a lot more content illustrating how the paper currency of the NCR dooms them even if they succeed at Hoover Dam. For those unfamiliar with 1-2, the NCR had massive gold reserves that the Brotherhood destroyed on the West Coast. When that happened, people rushed to exchange their goods for water, which almost destroyed the economy there. The paper currency was a band aid, similar to our current fiat economic system in the US. But to get back to the point, the NCR already was on its last leg, and continuing them doesn't make much narrative sense unless you want to transition the franchise into a utopia-building simulation. It was their time, narratively, to fail, as most human systems are somehow or another going to, given enough time, growth, and distancing from its original ideals. So it has to be a House victory. The NCR is doomed, the Legion is doomed, and House, controversial as he may be, nonetheless demonstrates, objectively, more capabilities and knowledge than anyone else in the Mojave, and arguably on the whole planet in the Fallout universe. If the show stays smart, it will paint him as an anti-hero, backed into a corner as an elitist who didn't have the desires of "cleansing" or escape that the others involved had, and it will show how one sort of has to fight fire with fire. You can stay mad at House for being rich, or you can consider how would a poor nobody take on the US government and more. It takes resources, and sometimes a cutthroat nature.

I don't think the BOS would join up with the legion, no matter how desperate both parties are. I think that the BOS is too stubborn. Unless Veronica is somehow made the elder.

Nope in the aftermath of the second battle of Hoover dam, the NCR received heavy casualties n the legion scattered, the BOS would’ve came from the west to tribal raiders… the BOS in hidden valley is probably still active due to the courier connection with Veronica… black mountain is taken over by BOS… they send a message to the West! Why BoS has the pridwyn… (how ever u spell it)

Probably what happened is, the courier Remember who he was, Help Mr. House destroy all the factions, Nuked the supply line of NCR and Caesar Legion, he chose Mr. House ending, NCR plan to siege of new Vegas, the courier and his partner nuked shady Sands, NCR lost the battle of new vegas.

House won he made a deal with the ncr bc they ar his loyal cash pig and legion probely lost or pulled back

From my observations House or The Legion would win. How? *The Courier* if they were KIA at Goodsprings by Benny? The Legion will through clever planning, strategy and assets win the 2nd Battle of Hoover Dam but! If the Courier isn't KIA? They would most likely join House and allow him to win, why? If it wasn't for House your character would be dead, that's an insane motive to join someone so if the game was allowed to essentially play itself. Legion or House would most likely win in the end
