Bilt Hamber Auto Foam Snowfoam Review : Seriously Good Cleaning Power!!!
I added just 10ml of gs to 1lt solution of gsf. It was a thick foam even I use a hand pressured basic foamer. I think too much gs is the reason for weak foam
Be carful with this stuff. It’ll stain interior trim or dash if you don’t wipe it all away quickly enough. It left white chemical dots all over the dash of a Volvo I did. Had to use a leather cleaner to rub it all off.
Interesting. Never thought to use the RW instead of a garden hose to rinse everything off. Will definitely try that. Just trying out Garage Therapy RW and its superb
The sound is horrible. Couldn't watch.
You can turn the sound off.
I have this model too but where can u get the liquid soap or whatever u put in it?
I used a mixture of APC & any car shampoo will be fine.
Wd40 is good
Can’t say I’ve ever tried that.
Love this stuff
Me2
What product did you use? The only way I can get mine off is with iron remover and a clay bar
I use a citrus pre wash
Love this stuff. Goes on lovely and leaves new looking dash.
I’m starting to really like this product leaves a nice finish 👍🏽
The max power shampoo gives me ceramic effect when washing next time
Well done you’ve found out that a light fallout remover can clean wheels 🎉
Turtle wax makes some great products especially for the price point. Great video
They recently have come out with some decent products👌🏽
Turtle trim restore is one of my go to trim restore! Especially for the cost.
It will be mine now also. I’m really impressed with this product. Can’t believe the durability & the finish.
It’s a great product
Sure is I prefer using it in a foam cannon.
Then swirls will drive me nutz. You sir need a DA polisher and fast.
How many ml x Litre?? Thank you
This was a while back now I think it was 500ml water 500ml product.
@@JDDetailing thank you.
I spent a chunk on a gallon, with very high hopes as usual. Interior windshield is my hardest task as a full time mobile detailer. Sadly i am not impressed. I used a brand new towel too. Still streaks. And i noticed like 30 minutes later i got a weird haze on some windshields that wasn't visible at first. Weird. To me it smell like body shop grease remover and paint prep.
I very surprised to hear that. I found like it smelt like pear drop sweets. Ive not had an issue at all with this glass cleaner. Unless there was something on the glass to begin with and may need going over again.
@JDDetailing I'm surprised too and super bummed. I'm going to ask for a refund which I never do. Trust me, I wanted it to work. I've used it numerous times, on non coated windows with no other weird sprays or other products on them, I've tried with brand new and seasoned correctly washed microfiber window towels. I do this for a living, every day. So it's not my first try on windows. It's puzzling. I am a perfectionist and sometimes do windshields 4 or 5 times before im happy with the results. But this wasn't just a few little streaks, for me, a weird haze formed, also it's very draggy and not smooth wiping. Maybe I got a bunk batch? Who knows, came from a gigantic distributor who I trust.
So... what do you sell... ekhm... use?
@trawi33 I use rinseless washes(most of the major brands work pretty well) and I have all the brands of window cleaners. I am a mobile detailer. Work for myself only.
Turtle Wax #1

The best glass cleaner I have ever used,it blows everything out of the water.
It sure does 👍🏽
Thank you for taking the time to post this video. I will be trying this product out this weekend on my wife's car. Thanks for the tips. :)
Thanks you for watching
I got this off Temu it ain’t bad
It’s not bad for how much it costs
Is that a soap?
No an APC the spray head gives the foaming effect
It’s a great product!
Sure is
But you rinsed them tho?
Why u spray and then wash it? Dont u need to dry it whit a towel first
Hi it’s applied to a wet surface and is it is rinsed it activates/spreads across the car leaving protection.
@@JDDetailingno you apply it wrong lol it’s not rinse off coating like Gyeon Wet coat its meant for drying aid and add protection
I see the confusion I’ve either used the wrong product or put the wrong product in the title.
I see you are using a microfiber applicator block to apply? Just saw this yesterday on a U.S. site. Will try this method and wipe with a short nap glass towel. Just ordered this product here; will ship in early summer in the U.S. Thank you.
The product is absolutely amazing! The applicator pad really helps the process especially on the windscreen. Thanks
Name of product?
Any APC or Tar & Glue remover
Super robota
60ml vs 450ml, wich isn't a great comparison. I have both and must say BH does still have some more cleaning power when compared at similar dilutions but isn't near as economical as magifoam is. For pure cleaning, BH is the winner but that doesn't make magifoam useless or garbage...
Hi it was a while since doing this video so I remember correctly I used both products in accordance with the recommended dilution ratios. Bilt hamber is still economical as the 5 litre is overall cheaper than Autobrite and evens out. Autobrite is by no mean useless it has its own specific use however for my style and needs on a daily basis I would prefer Bilt hamber.
Found this information useful👍. Thank you sir.
Thank you nice to read comments like this keeps me motivated. 😄
If you use a da with this wax the results will be way better ive used it and wasimpressed with all of turle waxes now are very good my favorite is the graphene wax
Yes that would be useful to save on time. Me2 their products are fantastic.
Kis chhej se hatye hai
APC or glue & tar remover
Good review, GSF is a great cost effective product. I love the smell too! As a pro on dirtier cars I use Koch AF which is really GSF & Green Star mixed I am told, (tho am not sure about that!) Loving the car by the way, that's clearly well looked after!
Hi thanks, I do try stay on top of it I find regular cleaning actually keeps it looking in good condition. GSF is a fantastic product it’s very versatile and I’ve recently started to like products that give me more that fact that it can be used a shampoo in a bucket and also as snowfoam saves you buying 2 individual products. If you want the extra kick add Greenstar as you mentioned. Prices have increased since this video was initially released but still very cost affective. Thanks for watching 😄
We use this method, if the car is not too dirty then you can get away without using hose and pre-wash. We soak the car in ONR using pressure sprayers. Then wash it, 256:1 (4 caps full in a 5-10L bucket) using normal chenille wash mitts. (different mitt for top and bottom of the car) We then spray a light layer of wax to use as a drying aid and to add a little protection. Thanks for uploading this :)
Hi thanks for watching. I’ve recently started to use alternative Wash media such as chenille mitts/pads more cost effective and can be swapped away for different parts of the vehicle.
Do you swap the chenilles after each panel or just rinse and repeat?
I rinse it after each panel or section & I use a dedicated pad/mitt for the lower sections of the vehicle.
What is the Citrus Cleaner that you use?
Virosol at a very high concentration
This product seems like good value and it is good to see it tested with a couple of pads. I am trying to decide on pads and reckon I need a heavy and a medium pad to test on my car, which I will be polishing for the first time using a DA polisher.
I found the 50/50 very surprisingly good & I’ve always liked the rupes yellow they are my go to pads.
No hay como BH Traceless, lo mejor.
I never really give glass cleaners any second thought but after using this I can actually say that this is by far the best glass cleaner I have used. It out performs anything else I use this inside the home also.
Impressive stuff 4 sure! It will work best with the double wipe method per instructions commencing with a damp microfiber cloth for initial removal, then follow with a fluffy. The gloss and slickness REALLY improve with a 24-72 cure time! Shine on you crazy diamonds!
Double wipe method is really helpful I’m really impressed with this product. The who system works well.
Just got myself a bottle of traceless - by faaaar the best glass cleaner I’ve ever tried 👌
Couldn’t agree with you more 👍🏽
Why are you not using the grit guard for the sponge?
Hi recently I’ve adjusted my method and try to minimise dirt in my wash bucket by rinsing the mitt/sponge with a hose away from the bucket.
.. more to the point - get an honest answer
I use it for extra-dirty and deep cleaning. Pretty darn good especially for the price.
Can’t be beaten on price and it’s a pretty decent cleaner as well
Tbh if you're gonna put Citrus on the car, I'd just whip out the pressure washer and snow foam the car with touchless which is free rinsing and leave it as that. Job done until the spring.
I have done something similar in the past, recently I just can’t be bothered getting everything set up, just want the minimum about if equipment and product & get the car looking presentable.
tip for you. spray WD-40 silicone spray on a paper towel and rub the wiper blades with it. it cleans them, feeds the rubber and protects them against the elements. i do it once a week. keeps the blades in top condition indefinitely. can be used on all rubber trim parts of the car to prevent them aging and cracking up.
Thanks Neil an interesting hack there. I’m just wondering if a tyre/rubber serum would be any good?
Use a dressing or trim coating and a QD without additives(gloss/ protection) for cleaning your wipers. Leave WD-40 for loosening tight rusty bolts or greasing your bicycle chain ;)
@@EP.IC07 not regular WD-40. WD-40 silicone spray. 🙂👍
@@JDDetailing I saw a tip many years ago here on youtube, this guy would soak his wiper blades in 303 protectant overnight and swore their life would be extended. He would also spray 303 even on the threads of his tires to extend their life or maybe it was to prevent tire dry rot if the car was going to sit.
@rockhills I’ve not had a chance to try 303 products unfortunately. What I tend to do is a bit similar I just wipe the blades with whatever protectant I am using and seems to do the trick 😄
You must live somewhere that’s not that cold. Having a hose connected in the winter where I am would be suicidal. Realistically you could just use the rinseless to neutralize the chemical and then wipe dry.
This is cold for us we do have snow but frozen pipes it’s a rarity. I’ve recently started to use rinseless wash and getting used to how it works. At the moment I’m replacing a traditional soap with rinseless.
Honestly it’s a fantastic replacement, much less suds to clean up too! I’ve done the same for most situations. Acid prewash, basic prewash, and then rinseless for the contact are my only three now.
I’m starting to use it more often mainly due to convenience less equipment etc & saves on time. I’m more inclined to use it with a pre wash but I have had suggestions to use it on its own or as replacement more for water.
You used a LOT of chemical on just one wheel. You're going through more product than you should be if that's how you normally clean a wheel. Keep in mind, Rinseless is encapsulating the dirt inside of it wherever it's applied. I'd recommend making the nozzle have a slightly more narrow spray and just spray from top to bottom on the wheel. Let it dwell and you will see the dirt start to melt off. Also, with Rinseless, all you have to do is wipe it off. I have dedicated wheel towels I use to clean and dry them. Rinsing off the RINSELESS defeats the purpose of it.
This was the first time using a Rinseless for wheels, I’m still a bit apprehensive of using Rinseless on its own. I rinsed it at the end due to wanting use gyeon wetcoat. Thanks for the suggestions will give them a try.
Your process is excruciatingly long. Here's the true process: 1. Spray with wheel cleaner(I prefer a safe APC such as Optimum Power Clean 2. Clean wheel 3. Rinse with your favorite rinseless wash(ONR 256:1 is a great option) 4. Spray wax 5. Dry wheel and move on with your life This is how you clean a wheel with rinseless
The method I’ve used is similar with the addition of water. My understanding if Rinseless Wash you don’t need to rinse of at the end. Are you describing at waterless Wash?
@@JDDetailing no. You rinse the chemical off the wheel with rinseless to effectively "rinse" and neutralize the cleaner. No water needed
Ok you are using rinseless as replacement for water that seems interesting. As a person who is new to rinseless I still have a mindset of using soap & use rinseless effectively as a replacement for soap that doesn’t require rinse, in this video I did use water at the end to apply gyeon wetcoat that being said I could have used gyeon with a damp cloth.
I am sorry , but what is the green gizmo you have in your right hand, that emits rays of what appears to be a clear liquid? I think some call it water. That is NOT RINSELESS wash. That might be Rinseless soap or solution, but if you use a hose and water... my friend, that is not rinseless.
My understanding of rinseless was you don’t need to do a final rinse otherwise the absence of water would be a waterless wash. I used water at the due to gyeon wetcoat I could have use wetcoat with a damp cloth…
huh? what nonsense. Who is stopping me from rinsing my car before i do a rinseless? lol open your mind.
That has been my understanding that a pre wash/rinse can be used before using rinseless.
Need to get that concrete pressure washed
Another job to do in spring along with the weeding 🙄😆
Thank you for the demo. It clearly works, but foam is fun so I can't foresee a time when I would actively choose rinseless over other methods. Good to see it in action though
You’re welcome. Totally agree foam is fun! I tend to use this when I’m short on time and I don’t want to get pressure washer etc out and just to quick wash make the car look presentable.
