Thank you for this video this is very interesting, I've changed my training style a few months ago part thanks to you and my body has been feeling a lot better !
That’s wicked to hear mate! Really glad the training switch has been positive for you 🙌🏾🙌🏾
What do you think about hyaluronic acid injections if your knees are worn down?
That’s gonna be something decided on a case by case basis between doctors and physios, I don’t have any particular opinion on a treatment method. Everything is just a tool in a tool kit that can be used appropriately or inappropriately
Great video, the synovial fluid and impact part was very interesting. Hope that's evidence based.
Where did you learn all of your knowledge for coaching?
No one direct source, its from a minute of learning on the job, self education, conversation with other health and fitness professionals, and further education courses I’ve done
Came for the information, stayed for the meme cutaways.
I’ll make sure to keep them coming 🫡🫡
I did some really deep Sissy squats side lunges and hanging windmills, my body feels a lot better now.
Ay LFG 🔥
😊😊
Thank you for posting this. All this fear mongering was getting to my head. I got diagnosed with Miofascial Pain Syndrome been trying to improve and be pain free. This fool sends out comfusing messeges!
Very well explained but some more drills !
I’ll make sure to put some out soon🫡
Sissy squatting on a smith is crazy 👀
Solid video thanks for this valuable advice.
Really glad to hear it was useful!
legit stupid. yours 30s is not your prime lmfao are legit joking. most professional athletes retire at 30 XD retard alert
Not for me 😢😂 I just do normal stuff
Yeah i tried this and im now an amputee
Or you have bad knees
Me with osqood shlatter watching this….
I find doing a lot of jump rope has given me really strong knees
This looks a lot like a machine leg extension biomechanically. Is there any difference?
He's right tho
I can do both and I deadlift conventional
I have knee pain from college football. TE take the worst knee shots lol also workout frequently still
I'm 19 and I have back pains.🚶♂️🥲
WTF? Another dumb video on the internet.
People forget 30s is peak prime and maturity physically
А
Imagine not being in the military and thinking you still got full range as a civilian😂😂😂😂
No I get patella tendinitis sir from over using my knees at 24 🎉
Hahahahhahahahhahaha if you can walk 30 ft with 500lb then you have an unhealthy body composition. Goofy that why you sumo
It’s too bad medical science denies your personal feelings huh? 😂 You could be a literal child and have arthritis or inflammation or any other range of problems and any issues you have when younger genetically or environmentally can compound into damage in the future and by definition will be exasperated with age, any amount of aging means more chances for damaged cells from replication and division resulting in worsening health problems. What’s supposed to be your physical prime doesn’t mean a damn thing to reality if your health isn’t perfect and for most people it isn’t. (And while a healthy lifestyle can mitigate damage it cannot guarantee a damn thing, you could live the healthiest life style known to man and still have a plethora of health problems)
getting knee pain at 30? armatures, I have it and I'm 17🗿
Facts.. 50 is old
Weird because your peak is 25
No I blame my knee pain on bad luck, I started getting arthritis at 10 years old so whatcha gonna do
Krishna painting?
I refuse to hear the opinion of someone who pulls sumo.
Very nice video! Hope you'll touch upon the periodisation topic in some other video. What you've shown here is approximately how I structure my workouts, but I'd like to know how long should my blocks be and how to vary the reps/weight throughout the block.
someone cooked here
Imagine having herniated disc at 21 yr and training regularly to literally cure it, among with supplementing of course. My disc literally regrown and body did consume all the fluid which came out from that disc. Instead of having limited ability to move, carry weight etc, now only thing I cannot do is regular, excessive running and riding a bike 😊
I watched the whole video for 9 minutes 30 seconds, boutta repeat it to really absorb this concept, I really do like your content keep it up ‼️
Thank you dude, much appreciated 🙌🏾
Did u mean anaerobic cardio? Because what is anabolic cardio
Loool yes I did, great spot
Cool painting.
@@thecalisthenicsman7415 thank you 🫡
If you don't use it you lose it. Elderly people sleep on comfy mats on the floor for this reason.
Putting the like as soon as the video starts!
🙌🏾🙌🏾
my ankles would snap
Have you tried airborne school? 🤡
Your 30s are deff not your physical prime lmao. Such drivel.
When I was in my 20s I started having knee pain from cycling I thought they were fxcked. I still ride with no pain I eat a bunch of carrots.
Kudos for being able to do that, but ain't no way in hell that's healthy.
That will just exacerbate the problem, not fix it.
Or some of us got seriously injured in our 20's
