    What do you think about hyaluronic acid injections if your knees are worn down?

    • @differentbreedcoaching
      @differentbreedcoaching 3 часа назад

      That’s gonna be something decided on a case by case basis between doctors and physios, I don’t have any particular opinion on a treatment method. Everything is just a tool in a tool kit that can be used appropriately or inappropriately

  • @TheFriendlyMedic

    It’s too bad medical science denies your personal feelings huh? 😂 You could be a literal child and have arthritis or inflammation or any other range of problems and any issues you have when younger genetically or environmentally can compound into damage in the future and by definition will be exasperated with age, any amount of aging means more chances for damaged cells from replication and division resulting in worsening health problems. What’s supposed to be your physical prime doesn’t mean a damn thing to reality if your health isn’t perfect and for most people it isn’t. (And while a healthy lifestyle can mitigate damage it cannot guarantee a damn thing, you could live the healthiest life style known to man and still have a plethora of health problems)

    Very nice video! Hope you'll touch upon the periodisation topic in some other video. What you've shown here is approximately how I structure my workouts, but I'd like to know how long should my blocks be and how to vary the reps/weight throughout the block.

    Imagine having herniated disc at 21 yr and training regularly to literally cure it, among with supplementing of course. My disc literally regrown and body did consume all the fluid which came out from that disc. Instead of having limited ability to move, carry weight etc, now only thing I cannot do is regular, excessive running and riding a bike 😊
