Thank you! And chip and dale ticket is a ‘free’ ticket that you can use for your friend/family! You have to be an active cast member to use it and you also have to accompany them at the entrance (you can’t just give them the ticket and let them go into a park alone) x

You’ll be absolutely fine without a hire car - a few people who were out there for a 12 month program rented a car but no one did for the 3 month one. The cast buses around Disney are fabulous and get you everywhere you need to go, so you’ll only really be using Ubers for nights out or Universal xx

You can still go on nights out which is great! You have to be 18 to go to Cowboys but you just won’t be able to drink! Xx

Hey! Thanks for watching my video and congratulations for getting to the pre screen! Typically to get to Universal (or Cowboys as they’re very near each other) it cost between $15 and $25 each way. But most of the time I was with my group of 5 girls so we just split it between us all which made it so cheap. It’s a 30 minute drive so it felt very affordable, especially because we’d already made our money back on our annual passes (so we’re technically getting into Universal for free!) Hope that helps! Not a silly question at all! Flamingo is where all CPs (college/university program participants) stay, but part time and full time cast members will live at home. For me I feel like I broke even doing this program, maybe at a push I made a few hundred dollars but I went to Miami at the end of the program so I spent it staying there :)

Hiya! These are great questions! - The wagons are free to rent from Flamingo! You just give them your ID and then you can get it back when you return your wagon - Have a look for a Facebook group called DCP Flamingo Buy/Sell/Trade - there might be stuff on there for you - You can definitely ask for an extension, but I highly doubt it because your Self Admission Pass is only for active cast members unfortunately - 10000% get a Universal Annual Pass. You can purchase it from Guest Services at Universal but take a copy of your Flamingo Rent agreement so that you can get a Florida Resident Discount on your pass! I got the Power Pass which cost about $400 - you only need to go twice to make your money back and I went 3 times in my first week alone!! Have the most amazing time on your program! Xx

Hey girl!! First of all thank you so much and congratulations!! You should be so proud of yourself, the fact Disney want to see you in person is a huge achievement🫶🏼Not to get your hopes up, but for the last two years (so my lot this year and the ones from last summer) 99% of people who got a Disney in-person interview got onto the program, so fingers crossed the same thing happens for you👀this interview is more role based so they’ll be trying to find out which role you want and why. They’ll ask you which is your preferred role and why you think you’ll be best suited to it. They might ask you how you’d feel doing your third or fourth choice role (so for me, my interviewer asked me how I’d feel about Lifeguarding which was my third choice) - I explained that of course I’d love to do the role (because you know, anything to sound keen!) but I explained why I thought I’d be more suited and could play to my strengths if I did Merchandise. I was then able to swivel the question and talk about why I’d be great at doing Merch/Attractions. Luckily for me, that seemed to work and I got my top choice! I know that for a lot of people, if the interviewer asked them about one of their lower preferred roles, they just said yes wayyy too quickly and they ended up doing a role that they didn’t really want to do. Just make sure you’re super clear as to why you’d be great at your first choice to avoid this! Good luck girl!!

First of all congrats girl!! That’s so exciting!! The prescreen is super relaxed, it genuinely feels more like a conversation than an actual interview. They’re more trying to figure out if you’ve got the charisma to be a cast member so just make sure you’re super smiley, chatty and confident😊they’ll ask you questions about what are your strengths, why do you want to do the program, how will you cope sharing a room and working in the heat etc - it’s dead straight forward and over in about 10 mins! :)

Hi Sarah! Are you doing the CEP2023 or is it something you’re considering doing?😊When I applied I found a Facebook group for the Cultural Exchange Program 2023 and from there someone added me into a messenger group. It’s now full of people doing the program which has been great in terms of getting to know people and finding out where everyone is from! For your room, about a month before you fly out you’ll receive an email where you can select what type of room you want. You can either have your own room and own bathroom, your own room and shared bathroom, or a shared room and shared bathroom. Although you can choose your preference for type of room, nothing is guaranteed and most people will end up with the shared bedroom and shared bathroom option😊if you’d like to talk to me more feel free to message me on Insta! Yeah I’m not sure! I think for US participants you’re eligible for a wider choice of job roles as well as other benefits, but the CEP is great for us international students to have the chance to experience Disney life!😊x
