By the way, you should get more cassettes, they are not infinite, above the 4 or 5 reused ones it starts to degrade terribly or even break, as happened with all the tapes.

A bit late for some advice but i found it really helpful to shove an allen key into the side trans bolt hole and lodge into the flywheel teeth to hold the flywheel to torque the flywheel bolts @29:48

if you dont 2k clear that has a harderner the paints gonna chip and crack when it starts getting hot

I was also planning on using superrich pistons. I have a 1.8 NB that I'm planning to do a bottom end build on. I had already put a turbo on it but the rings are shot and making the car burn oil and smoke excessively. So Im about to record my journey on that as well. Looking forward to the updates!!

Great content! I'm going to need to overhaul my stock 1.6 miata engine. I'm thinking to take advantage of that and do some upgrading, not going crazy. I'm planning to keep it aspirated, any advice of how to start? I don't have knowledge in mechanics i'm just an youtube watcher enthusiast :D
