For sure: The Google Sheet extension is used to send an instant notification to Make whenever you're doing manual changes to your Google Sheet. You can limit it to certain ranges/columns. That is the only purpose of that extension. On the other hand, within Make you can establish a connection to Google Sheets to do all sorts of other fun stuff. Searching, adding, updating rows and a lot more. That connection is necessary so Make is authorized to work on Google Sheets on behalf of you. Hope that helps! Thanks for your question! The Make add-on on Google Sheets is only used for 1 module (Watch new rows) on Make. You can ignore it for now. Just use the regular connection within Make to connect to your Google Sheets and do whatever you want. Yes, you can connect any Marketplace that has an API to your Google Sheet via Make. For example: Google sheets - search rows > WooCommerce - create product That way you can sync it easily to WooCommerce from your sheet. Hope this helps! Thank you for the idea! As a general rule of thumb, I use the limit fields in a module to limit the output to only 1 when testing/editing a scenario. You should also turn off the scenario while testing so it doesn't consume operations on the backend while you edit it. Where are you mainly burning operations while editing? Yes. Any manual update in that Google Sheet would trigger the automation.

Double check your source module inside the aggregator. It should be the last module that has (1) operation when you execute the full scenario. It needs to be the module that has multiple bundles as output. Let me know if that worked. :) Cheers, Manuel

Great question and great use case for the Make functions. :) This is how you can make it work: In your Google Sheet module, in the text field right where you want to enter the final data, add a Make function called switch(). As the input, map your variable of the webhook with your sample data. I'll call it "input". switch(input;......) Then as first parameter of the switch() function use Blue and as value you want to switch to use Success. switch(input;Blue;Success;....) Repeat the same process for any other potential value you want to switch, like Red and Fail. switch(input;Blue;Success;Red;Fail;....) The last parameter is your "ELSE" condition. So if your input parameter doesn't match Blue, nor Red, it would go to the else - let's say OTHER: switch(input;Blue;Success;Red,Fail;OTHER) That's your final function. For the "List Order Lines" it just requires the Order ID so I thought it's not necessary to show that in the video. "List Order Lines" just works with 1 specific order. You need to "Watch Orders" to get all orders - then "List Order Lines" (this is PER Order) and then do whatever you want with that.

You can simply extend the permissions of your Google Drive connection. Make will prompt you to do that when you select an existing connection within the "Download a File" module. Hit the "Continue" button and sign in with the same Google Account again. Then it should work.

Good question! You'd get 1 PDF file per Google Doc that you've inserted into your Google Sheet. Then you'd have to use a tool like CloudConvert to merge the PDF pages into one big PDF if that's your desired outcome. That would most likely be the cleanest setup to achieve this. But yes - that's totally doable with Make.

@@cgc2300 Simply ask the GPT any questions you might have in relation to Make and it will help you out. We've trained it extensively to help you further. We're using n8n for some heavy-weight automations on the backend but highly prefer using Make for everything. Why? Because it's secure, a lot faster to set up and maintain, very user-friendly and more. We're happy to pay for that service rather than using n8n self-hosted with all the trouble that comes with self-hosting. e.g. even a simple UUID requires JavaScript in n8n and is not a built-in feature.

Bom dia! Tudo bem? Yes, that's totally doable. You'd have to get a WhatsApp messaging template approved for the shipping notification. Then you'd have to request the shipping label and forward it together with the details to the supplier. I'm not sure if WhatsApp allows sending files though via templates. You might have to use a download link for the supplier instead so he can get the label from there.

That's a good question but not really our specialty. We help with all sorts of integration but don't do product research or sell ecommerce products at all. I'm pretty sure there are tons of videos out there how to research products. Check them out and see if you can automate any of these methods in combination with Make. For example the Amazon Product Advertising API might help with getting details about products and researching good performing ones. BUT - in order to access that API, you need some sales via your own Amazon affiliate link. Here is the link to the API documentation: webservices.amazon.com/paapi5/documentation/

Yes, it would also work if you use "Watch Rows" as trigger. Usually, we're working in bulk where a Search Rows module makes things easier OR we work instantly where we start with a Webhook anyway for real-time processing. I also prefer using "Search Rows" and updating a row once processed with a status column instead of using the "Watch New Rows" module. Why? Because then I can always re-run certain rows if needed by simply resetting the "Status" column value. Yes, you could skip the downloading of the document in Make. Often times you want to distribute the PDF to other locations or send it directly via Email though. That's why we download it to Make as you'll need it there anyways. If you don't need to send the PDF anywhere but simply want to add it to your Google Drive and maybe share a link, you can use your solution as well.
