Unfortunately that's not possible directly. Google Sheets is based on rows. You can get ALL rows though and then reformat the data with an Array Aggregator and filters to get the Row IDs and the data of column number 17 out. Then update one row at a time within that column to change the values.

Hey Abbey, glad you liked the video! It really depends if you need to format them or not. For formatting all similar, you can format it in your Google Doc template and then insert it. For dynamic amount of rows, you can go with the Text Aggregator + HTML structure and then create a new Google Doc with HTML. Alternatively, you can use the free Word module to insert a dynamic amount of items/rows in your document. Then download it as PDF. Does that help? If you want to get the "Shipped" orders you should use the "Watch Orders Updates" module instead of the "Watch New Orders" module. The "Watch New Orders" module only watches when an order was created in a chronological order. That means, once it has been processed, it will not appear again within that module. That's why it's missing orders for you as you pre-filter the "newly created orders" by "Shipped" status. 50% of the orders aren't shipped yet at the time your scenario is processing them.

That's not possible. It will always add a new row after the FIRST row that is empty. So if you have blank rows in between it will insert it there. Would that be a workaround?

Does the WebHooks plugin send a certain "Event" type? That's usually the case and will allow you to set up a "Router" + "Filters" after that in your Make scenario to take different actions based on new, update or delete post. Let me know if that solves the issue.

That's ManyChat - External Request Action. I used it as an example source for webhooks. You could also use Postman for texting or even reqbin.com for very simple and quick testing of your webhooks. For sure: The Google Sheet extension is used to send an instant notification to Make whenever you're doing manual changes to your Google Sheet. You can limit it to certain ranges/columns. That is the only purpose of that extension. On the other hand, within Make you can establish a connection to Google Sheets to do all sorts of other fun stuff. Searching, adding, updating rows and a lot more. That connection is necessary so Make is authorized to work on Google Sheets on behalf of you. Hope that helps! Thanks for your question! The Make add-on on Google Sheets is only used for 1 module (Watch new rows) on Make. You can ignore it for now. Just use the regular connection within Make to connect to your Google Sheets and do whatever you want. Yes, you can connect any Marketplace that has an API to your Google Sheet via Make. For example: Google sheets - search rows > WooCommerce - create product That way you can sync it easily to WooCommerce from your sheet. Hope this helps! Thank you for the idea! As a general rule of thumb, I use the limit fields in a module to limit the output to only 1 when testing/editing a scenario. You should also turn off the scenario while testing so it doesn't consume operations on the backend while you edit it. Where are you mainly burning operations while editing? Yes. Any manual update in that Google Sheet would trigger the automation.

Double check your source module inside the aggregator. It should be the last module that has (1) operation when you execute the full scenario. It needs to be the module that has multiple bundles as output. Let me know if that worked. :) Cheers, Manuel

Great question and great use case for the Make functions. :) This is how you can make it work: In your Google Sheet module, in the text field right where you want to enter the final data, add a Make function called switch(). As the input, map your variable of the webhook with your sample data. I'll call it "input". switch(input;......) Then as first parameter of the switch() function use Blue and as value you want to switch to use Success. switch(input;Blue;Success;....) Repeat the same process for any other potential value you want to switch, like Red and Fail. switch(input;Blue;Success;Red;Fail;....) The last parameter is your "ELSE" condition. So if your input parameter doesn't match Blue, nor Red, it would go to the else - let's say OTHER: switch(input;Blue;Success;Red,Fail;OTHER) That's your final function. For the "List Order Lines" it just requires the Order ID so I thought it's not necessary to show that in the video. "List Order Lines" just works with 1 specific order. You need to "Watch Orders" to get all orders - then "List Order Lines" (this is PER Order) and then do whatever you want with that.

You can simply extend the permissions of your Google Drive connection. Make will prompt you to do that when you select an existing connection within the "Download a File" module. Hit the "Continue" button and sign in with the same Google Account again. Then it should work.

Good question! You'd get 1 PDF file per Google Doc that you've inserted into your Google Sheet. Then you'd have to use a tool like CloudConvert to merge the PDF pages into one big PDF if that's your desired outcome. That would most likely be the cleanest setup to achieve this. But yes - that's totally doable with Make.
