Thank you so much, man! I started playing last week and I couldn't figure out which buildings and skills to upgrade first. Glad to know the troops are basically the same as the other game I play though, so I should know the correct formations once I have the correct heroes. Eventually you will need 5 heroes of each faction. One good thing about Cain is that he is fairly easy to upgrade skills. While you might not want to use him in the field in your main march down the track, chances are you keep him in one of your line ups. Depending on your other stats, there is a good chance his high troop cap will still keep him useful. I think its worth focusing on 5 good same faction to keep going with explore because the rewards will help you improve other heroes too. I like a tank up at the front, stiller is easy to skill up but minnes is better in the field so a better long term investment. I like Cain, but for your tactic 4 stars to unlock last skill and max out skill 1 then 4 without wasting custom frags will do. Wait on yuri untill you have completed tower.

Is Cain worth it even though he is a driver hero? I have Ace, Beatrice and Diphu at lv 30 4-star and I'm stuck on explore and stuck at rank 11 in arena. Yeah, it's funny having two lv 1 commons in front and winning against a full team of lv30's. I'm debating between leveling Cain or leveling Ace to 40 and start getting them to 5-star. The next hero I want to level for the field is Yuri or Susanna, but those would take the buff down on the explore team, so I don't know if they would be a good idea for that. Since my tactic is DPS. I don't want to level Cain if he won't be good in the field due to being a driver.

Does it matter the strategy on what troops to dispatch for quartz mine? For example: do 3 fighters 2 shooters, vice versa or do you just pick your best hero’s? Thanks !

Does it matter what beast you pick for your formation ? For example for a predominant shooter formation, should you have a shooter beast?
