Sir hope this finds you in amazing spirits, love from India, I started playing football at age of 15, continued playing almost daily till age of 19 as there were many grounds available to play in my gated community for policemen, I went on a hiatus till I was 25 for studies then I again continued to play at a local park with lads of 14 to 23, at start I was completely awful, still I improved but I'm not able to gain that acceleration and top speed back and that dribbling skills, I'm facing tunnel vision a lot I miss the goal even when it's in front of me, I even sometimes handle the ball thinking it's out of bounds realising that it was still in play. Please can you help me as I love football.

I’m 53, always been rubbish at football. My daughter has recently become obsessed so I’ve been taking her out to train. She’s 14, and always been a bit distant from be. However we’ve really bonded over football and our little training sessions. I’ve used your videos to enable me to get better and in turn try and teach her. She’s joined a team who have gone from bottom of the division to top in a year, and in my head I’m Dennis bloody bergkamp. Great videos, thank you!
